My car salesman, Sean Berry, was also great in explaining the finance options; I in no way felt pressured to buy a vehicle that day, but because I felt that I received helpful information from a knowledgeable salesperson, I decided to purchase my first car from Westchester Toyota. I LOVE my car! It is everything I've ever wanted and more; I could not be happier with the decision I made. I went to Westchester Toyota on a whim one evening simply to inquire about getting out of my lease early and upgrading to a new Camry. I was greeted promptly by a salesman named Damion who was very friendly to inquire about getting out of my lease early and upgrading to a new Camry. I was greeted promptly by a salesman named Damion who was very friendly and helpful, and by the time I left the dealership I was committed to leasing a brand new fully loaded 2010 Camry SE V-6 sedan. Damion worked very hard to get me out of my old lease, get me all the special features I wanted in the car (touch screen navigation, leather seats, etc...) and get me a VERY good deal on my monthly payments and down payment. He and his manager, Anson did a great job of working with me and negotiating a very fair price that worked for both of us and stayed within my projected budget. They then tracked down the exact color and model I wanted within a few short days and had it at the dealership and ready for pickup right away. Throughout the whole process Damion did a superb job of staying in touch with me via phone and text message to keep me updated on the search for the car and when it would be ready and what I needed to do in preparation for returning my old Toyota and picking up my new one. The car was delivered on time and Damion got it all cleaned up and unwrapped for me while I signed the final paperwork and finished payment information with the finance office. He even pre-set all my radio stations, synched my bluetooth cell phone up and transfered all my contact numbers into the car for me and gave me quick but thourough tutorials on how to use all the different technologies in the car. Damion and Anson, but especially Damion, were very helpful, very friendly, showed a great concern for me (the customer) and worked very very hard to get me the exact car I wanted, get it to me in a timely fashion, and make me a very very happy customer who has and will continue to recommend them and the Westchester Toyota dealership to my friends, family, co-workers and aquantances. It was truly a job well done by everyone there. More

As for most dealers as soon as you drive off the lot the car is your problem, but I could call Damion till this day if I ever have a problem with any of the cars.
