Had a good experience bringing my car in to get a noise whistling noise checked out today. We took my car out to try and duplicate the noise but had trouble doing it so they took a look under the hood but whistling noise checked out today. They said I could come back if I started hearing the noise again or figured out how to get it to come up. I also got my car inspected while I was there. Service was prompt and friendly. I spoke to them on the phone. Unprofessional employees and did not return my phone calls as stated (2 employees). Do not have sufficient knowledge of financing plans. Were not friendly at all. I had a really great time at Westchester Toyota. I walked in and said my credit wasn't that good and they said no problem. I was approved in few days and was able to get my 2009 Toyota Yaris. I decided on the new Venza, and was pleased to learn that I could drive away that very same day. I was in disbelief that the whole process could be so efficient and pleasant. At no time did I feel like I was being given the run around. I was treated with the dignity and respect reserved for those purchasing much higher end vehicles.
