I had a very pleasant experience while I went for 5000 miles service from this dealership on 07/26.2022. I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them. Since they were near to me I choose to go here. i bought a used gmc terrain that went through a inspection. A week after driving the car has to bring it back because of the oil was never changed. Seven months later bring it back cause a noise th inspection. A week after driving the car has to bring it back because of the oil was never changed. Was given a loaner car for a week get a call back because they want me to return the loaner and pick my truck of and drive it til september until the can get the parts for a new transmission. On Saturday, July 9, 2022 imgo into the dealership to try and get another car cause of the transmission issue. No help they want me to get another car with a higher car note and i had already traded my mercedes benz in (2011) to get this car. I need help, this is ridiculous More
