This service advisor had an attitude. He seemed to be in a rush when there was barely anyone there. As we were consulting, he answered his personal phone and ignored me as the customer. Christine , the service representative was extremely helpful setting up appointments, working around my son's busy schedule, getting answers on some technical concerns / questions. In general she made us feel like we've been doing business for years !! Christine put us in contact with "Dominick" the service technician who was very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, he made it a point to ask for him and he would ensure he did the work on the car himself !! What a great team ! More
