I called Westbury Toyota to make an appointment and spoke to a wonderful service representative named Krystle Luchetti. I bought my new 2012 Camry from Westbury Toyota and I must say, it was the most enjoyable purchase of a car I've ever had. Really good people. And now I took the car in for its first service and although must say, it was the most enjoyable purchase of a car I've ever had. Really good people. And now I took the car in for its first service and although it wasn't funny, but it was great. They gave me a 10:30AM appointment and guess what they took the car at 10:30Am and I was on my way home at 11:30AM. Great work, friendly people, I just can't say enough good about the dealership. I called up in the morning and was given an appointment for an oil change that day. Jamie was extremely courteous and helpful; he listened to my concerns of visual white powder at the battery connection a for an oil change that day. Jamie was extremely courteous and helpful; he listened to my concerns of visual white powder at the battery connection and of cost versus need; he addressed the issues. As I had forgotten my discount coupon, Jamie offered to accept it. He gave me advice on what might be done at this time -- but what could wait until a later date as there were no immediate problems. I was greatly reassured by the professional and courteous presentation of all those involved. More

I have to say that the friendliness of every employee when I dropped off my car that morning and the polite professionalism of the Assistant Service Manager Jamie Nussbaum made the experience surprisingly pleasant! The courtesy ride to my employment, and the return ride as well back to the dealer, was prompt, comfortable and efficient with friendly and courteous drivers both ways. My car was repaired for the recall problem it was brought there for without a hitch, and Mr. Nussbaum called me with updates throughout the day to fill me in on the status of my car. The whole experience was quite pleasant and left me feeling like an even more loyal fan of Toyota than I have been for over 30 years! Well done Toyota,and THANK YOU!! More
