Hello. Please understand that we are sorry for the problems you have encountered. Unfortunately your blame is incorrectly directed at the dealership, and NOT at the correct parties. Please let me explain. First and foremost, recalls are sent by the manufacturer, (NOT the dealership) directly to your registered address. Secondly, you found an EMPTY box in your loaner car; why is that a problem? It obviously was an oversight when the vehicle was cleaned before it was given to you at NO CHARGE. Lastly, you are wrongly blaming Westbury Toyota for incorrect information, where in reality CARFAX is responsible for the details, NOT the dealership. Your complaints are not valid, especially since your vehicle was not purchased recently, and you are blaming the current sales staff???

You also complain that your difficulty extends to our highly rated sales department. I do not call selling me a basic Venza for $890 a month trying to accommodate me. CHARGING $890 for a $30,000 makes you a crook. Do the math!!! You are very rude and condescending!! Your response infers I am unable to purchase a new car. WRONG, I have decided to not use your dealership. I have the POWER to spend my money at a different location.
