I arrived about 10 mi I took my Rav4 in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection on a Saturday morning in which I had a 7:15am appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early and the adviser that approached me, Stephanie Cion took down the requested work rather quickly and advised it shouldn't be too long. At about 9am (almost two hours later), she finally approached me to tell me a laundry list of issues with the car - I needed new rotors and with that new brakes, two new front tires, new air filter and my shocks needed repair. For a car with 20k miles, I was surprised to hear it needed all this work. I had a 10am appointment so I declined to do to the work now and asked for a quote to do it another time. Additionally, I asked when the oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection would be done she said it would be another 10 minutes then I'd be on my way. Fast forward to 10am and no sign of my car being done. I walk into her office and magically the car is done. Upon getting in my car and driving away, I realize the NYS inspection was NEVER DONE. There was no chance I was spending So it took 3 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to do a NYS inspection. Simply unacceptable. I will never be returning to this dealer and probably Toyota dealerships in general for service. If you do choose to go here, I would avoid having Stephanie Cion as your adviser. She failed me as a customer and forgot to perform the requested work. I'm also not sure if all the work she recommended was necessary - I'll be following up with an independent mechanic to make sure. My service adviser was Stephanie. late the same afternoon i received a call from Stephanie notifying me that they recommended some differential fluid to be changed which I authorized, however she stated that they could not take care of the Multimedia or Key replacement since it was a weekend (I learned later that Warranty dept. is open till 1 pm on Saturdays- i had gone in at 8 am that day) she promised to call it in on Monday, I waited till the following Tuesday and upon not receiving a call, I called Service, which BTW is next to impossible to get through, the phone rings for ever before disconnecting, one has to try multiple times before someone actually answers. when I called on Tuesday i was transferred twice to Stephanie without success, on my third attempt, a Phone call was answered by Andrew, I explained what was happening at which point I was notified that Stephanie no longer works there, Andrew took my information down and wanted to me to bring my car back in, I suggested he look up Stephanie's notes to start the process, which he did after some prodding. he promised to call me back the following day (wed, aug. 3rd) today is August 4th. 2017 and I have not received any notification. I am very disappointing, my relation with Westbury Toyota goes back 6 years... 2 rand new leases and with Toyota an additional 6 years. I have great Vehicle. I have experienced the most horrible, unprofessional and uncaring service. I am now left to wonder if they really worked or maintained my vehicle all these years. I will be looking for another service. I hope West bury Toyota cleans up its act. I would like a definitive response to my genuine complaint. I will be mailing this out as well and reporting to every organization that accepts these type of complaints. More

I am extremely dissatisfied with th I am writing this review of the service at Westbury, a dealer from which I have purchased 2 cars, 20+ years apart. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided from this dealer, and recommend that others look elsewhere for service. My 2007 Camry had dash lights that lit up indicating VSC. Not wanting to ignore this message, I took the car to the dealer (after 3 years with virtually no problems). The Service department charged me to plug in a diagnostic device to see what codes came out. On Feb 22, and again on March 16, the same VSC codes showed completely different problems. My first visit cost over $200, I was assured the problem was fixed. Sure enough, the same VSC light came on 3 weeks later. That 2nd visit cost over $500, and again I was assured the problem was fixed. Are these guys serious? Do I look like such a sucker? I have no faith in the ability of the Service department to diagnose my vehicle's problems, and I will take my cars to another dealer in the future. In researching this problem, I learned that other owners of 2007 Camrys are having the same problems with the VSC lights. I got soaked for over $700, and have NO confidence that the problem is fixed. I will not look to a different dealer in the future for service, and will seriously consider not buying a Toyota for fear of a repeat of this problem. CAVEAT EMPTOR - Buyer Beware! These guys are clueless. If they suggest that an expensive repair is needed, DRIVE AWAY and get another mechanic to look at your car. Sorry, Westbury Toyota, you lost a customer. More

Took a month to RAV4 went on fire due to never recieved recalls. the loaner truck they gave me had an empty box of .223 bullets in it!!!!!! Unreal!!! Took a month to get truck back. The CARFAX was wrong because the truck WAS in an accident when I noticed less than 3 weeks later, they said " how do we know you didn't do it ? Lousy sales staff, service is ok. Sometimes don't answer messages and do not call back on time. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. Go to another Toyota dealer you'll get a better price too. Sleazy salesmen. More

Bad experience followed by corrective action I'm a returning customer and this is my 5th time servicing the car here. Though I have had pleasant experiences in the past, this time one of the Asst I'm a returning customer and this is my 5th time servicing the car here. Though I have had pleasant experiences in the past, this time one of the Asst Service Manager quoted a grossly inflated labor cost for a service he recommended. With minimal transparency and a bias to put me on the spot to make a decision, he exploited my lack of auto knowledge. I was extremely upset and angry for trusting the people here. The higher-up manager promptly reached out to me upon learning about my experience and offered to refund the excess charged for labor. He also shared an apology for the turn of events and reiterated his commitment to quality customer service. I will be wary of this dealership in the future but given the corrective action taken by higher management, I will come back to this place in the future and give it another try. More
