What a pleasure it was buying a car from Frank Monteforte. Before going to Westbury Toyota went to Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook where I was right off the bat double teamed by the salesman Dayden Monteforte. Before going to Westbury Toyota went to Advantage Toyota in Lynbrook where I was right off the bat double teamed by the salesman Dayden Carr and the "store manager" where they told me I had to by the car that day because he had special " Manager bucks " that would expire that night and basically called me a fool if I didn't take the deal. After running form there I went to Millennium Toyota in Hempstead were I delt with Gerry Hobbs who seemed very helpful at first. Gerry was running around the whole time looking very busy and kept us there for 6 HOURS. He asked me for my credit card and we put a thousand dollar deposit on a 2011 Sienna Le. After waiting and waiting we finally sat with the finance person and the price that Gerry and I agreed upon 27,187 and 4,750 for my trade, the finance guy said that they could not touch that price. He asked if we were going to take anything on the "back end" and I said no. He asked if we were going to finance thru them and I said no I got 2.89 from NEFCU. He then called the manager and the manager said he was not going to honor the price that supposedly Gerry and he discussed. I then decided not to deal with them and asked Gerry Hobbs for my deposit back. He went to his office came back and said, "Okay it was refunded". I asked for a receipt or something saying it was and he told me don't worry it was done that he couldn't give me a receipt? I then left and called Mastercard and they said That Millenium should have given me a receipt. I then asked Mastercard to dispute the charge and was refunded days later. To get back to Frank at Westbury, My wife and I went it last night and within TWO hours we agreed on a great price and bought a car. More

I was in the market for a certified pre-owned Toyota Corolla between 2007-2010. I had previosly visited a Toyto dealership in Huntington. I found Westbury's prices to be more competitive on their intern Corolla between 2007-2010. I had previosly visited a Toyto dealership in Huntington. I found Westbury's prices to be more competitive on their internet site for what I was looking for. They also provided free Carfax reports on their vehicles. I also came to this dealership on recommendations by Edmunds, Groovecar and my credit union. They were able to work with me in negotiating a fair price on my vehicle, and my trade in as well as securing for me lower interest financing even though I was preapproved for financing with my credit union at a higher interest rate. I was impressed by this dealership's A rating with the Better Business Bureau. More

The entire experience was a very good one. I previously reviewed the internet inventory, did my review of cars and prices using CarFax, Consumer Reports, and the Kelley Blue Book. I found the used Lexus ES 350 I was interested in, then went to the dealer. Peter was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. Initially, I just looked at the car as there was a private owner selling a similar vehicle that I wanted to compare it with. After more research, the vehicle at Westbury Toyota was the better value as it was listed for less than the Kelley Blue Book price, so I went back to Westbury. This time, I completely inspected and drove the car. Peter worked with me to work out the final deal and I purchased it. The car was ready for me the very next day, complete with the financing I was looking for (great rates with Toyota Motor Credit Corp.), plates, etc. I drove home very pleased with the car, Peter, and Westbury Toyota. I would recommend this dealership most highly. More

Having grown up with Toyota cars, i was inclined to buy toyota for my first car. i shopped around the NYC area (Brooklyn and Queens) and was tipped o Having grown up with Toyota cars, i was inclined to buy toyota for my first car. i shopped around the NYC area (Brooklyn and Queens) and was tipped off that westbury toyota will give the best price and has excellent customer service. when i entered the lot i asked to see both a new corolla and a new camry. the cars were brought quickly for my test driving and Peter was very patient in allowing me to test out each car for as long as i wanted to. when it came down to negociating the price, both peter and luis understood that i was considering the corolla over the camry due to price, and dropped the prive to $500 under invoice to change my mind to get the camry. (this price was nearly a $1000 under what the other toyota, honda, and hyundai dealers were offering for their new comparable models) paperwork for the car was quick, but DMV held up some of the paper work for a few hours. During this time, I had access to the complimentary refreshments. I decided to go with a New Camry :) As a first time new car buyer, the only thing i recommend is to ask which features are standard and which are "extra" (things i thought would be "complimentary") Overall was a excellent experience for a first time purchase.
