Gave me an 'out the door' price without a trade in on the phone. Charged my mom more in person - they tacked the price of her trade in onto the 'quoted out the door' price effectively nullifying the benefit phone. Charged my mom more in person - they tacked the price of her trade in onto the 'quoted out the door' price effectively nullifying the benefit of the trade in. Also, they overcharge like crazy. I bought at New Rochelle Toyota dealership a week prior to this purchase and it was so much cheaper - about $2,000 across the board. Do not buy here. If you have limited options like my mom did and have to buy here, be sure to thoroughly read everything and do your own math. More
