As of today, August 4, 2017, less than five months later I had to have hoses repl Brought 2011 Dodge Durango for $25000 with warranty late Feb. 2017. As of today, August 4, 2017, less than five months later I had to have hoses replaced because of leaks, Brake pump replaced and windshield wiper motor replaced. Was there on Monday, 7/31/17 to have break pump replaced. On Friday, 8/4/17 windshield wiper did not work. It was working when I brought the car on 7/31/17 and I have not used the wipers since before 7/31/17. I continue to have to pay $100 deductible every time I go there. Its like they break stuff on purpose so I have to come back and pay. Never have I been offered a loaner care. This is a nightmare and one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Now my car is at their service shop and I just get a call that they have to order the motor and it will not be in until Wednesday or Thursday so I cannot drive my vehicle in the rain until they get the part and fix it. I am at their mercy and cannot do anything about it. They are crooks and I will never buy a vehicle from them again or refer anyone to them. More

Kept me updated at all times. If I could I would give him 10 stars. Everything I asked for was done and the car runs like brand new. The reason why I remove a star is for the loner issue. My car is still on warranty, but if you don't buy your vehicle at particular Jeep Chrysler Dodge but you bring it there for a service, there is no loaner. And bringing back to the dealer I purchased from was just not feasible. I been having different cars thru my live time but I never experience this kind of situation. If this is Jeep Chrysler Dodge policy, they need to really rethink their strategy, since I am seriously considering trading my car for a different brand. More
Great Customer Service and communication On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presid On Sunday I had my Check Engine Light come on at the same time the EVIC displayed Service Throttle Soon. I was called first thing Monday AM (Presidents Day!) by the dealer and asked if I could come right in. I was set up with a loaner on someone that canceled. Lucky me. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by Manny, the service writer. He took down all my concerns, info and made sure I knew where to pick up the loaner car. Cat (Kat) took care of the loaner car papers quickly and efficiently and got me into a loaner. 4:29PM for a call from Manny, my service writer that the car is all ready to go, the issue was some open software updates and a faulty oil sending switch. It is pretty clear to me that this whole team cares that your taken care of and satisfied. I will be picking up after work today! More

Loaner cars take an average of 2-3 weeks to book an appointment for, which is long, but whatever my works schedule is weird, as well as I can't just leave the car there so most of my appointments are booked well in advance. Booked my appointment early January, for 2/6/17, to get notified by my advisor that I will not be getting a loaner car. The reason behind this was because the last time I had a loaner car, I got into an "accident", which my insurance paid out completely for. I was told that my loaner car privelages were removed, and there is a note on my account so that I cannot take a loaner car out. Accidents happen, that's what insurance is for, my accident was due to the fact that someone blew a stop I thought he was going to T bone me, so I sped up and hit the car in front of me. This was my first accident in probabaly 10 years or so. Since my last visit as well, they were replacing a recall trim piece on my car, and damaged a piece next to it, and they ever replaced, having said they said they would. Basically wasted my few weeks for that appointment to get notified that I can't have the service. More

Our loyalty had been exhausted after repeated overcharges, inefficiency, and lack of reliability by a service team that had no regard or knowledge of customer service. At Westbury Jeep, we consistently receive outstanding service . From the time we book the appointment or drive up on the express line, to the time the car is returned to us, the process is flawless. Today, Willie directed me to the express lane at 7:30 AM as the line of service employees promptly started signing in cars. Catherine, outstanding in her role of scheduling appointments, greeted me ( remembering my first name), She always manages to make appointments that accommodate my schedule! Kelly, my service advisor, address all issues with knowledge and expedience . Tim Doyle and his assistant, Linda, value each and every customer and reflect outstanding service. Even the bagels and vegetable cream cheese are noteworthy! I appreciate the efficiency, honesty, and skill with which everyone in the Westbury Jeep service department performs their roles. My sons and I (all jeep owners) appreciate the well organized service department. It has taken the stress out of servicing our cars. More

Although a bit out of my way, because they have accommodating hours, I will return. More
