RUDE, OBNOXIOUS & IGNORANT I had an oil change done and mentioned a recall I had received in the mail to customer service. Customer Service assured me it was nothing to worry ab I had an oil change done and mentioned a recall I had received in the mail to customer service. Customer Service assured me it was nothing to worry about. So I didn’t till I needed my car which wouldn’t start with my key fob. I tried doing it manually and the car didn’t react to anything. I immediately got the extra key fob I had stored in a draw and of course that didn’t work either. I had it towed to Westbury Jeep on 111 Bond Street. I didn’t receive a call to even say my car arrived. So the next day I called and the person that was in charge of having my car serviced is Dominic Denovellis. I wasn’t sure what might be happening with my car, so like any normal person, I asked questions. Dominic acted RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Dominic couldn’t answer any of my questions as he doesn’t have any knowledge of his job. Dominic kept saying he didn’t know and he’ll get to it when he’ll get to it. Dominic is very RUDE, IGNORANT person. Days kept going by and he didn’t have one mechanic look at my car. Still not having and knowledge of what’s going on and no answers to my questions. No loaner car for me to commute to and from my employment. Supposedly there wasn’t enough cars to loan. But yet, there’s 15 Jeep dealerships in the area and they can’t loan one. I’ve called again and left messages to find out what’s happening with my car. When he returned my call, Dominic continued to be RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. He mentioned how he didn’t know anything about any recalls. You would think, this is his job and he would have some knowledge of recalls or do some kind of research before you answer any questions. He answered, “not that I know of.” Dominic is an ignorant person. He has no knowledge of his job. He also needs to take Customer Service classes and learn how to talk to Customers because he obviously hasn’t learned that skill. He had my car for a week without giving me answers, no loaner, no credit on my lease. When I had enough of his stupidity, I mentioned to Dominic I don’t want to converse with him in the future and asked for someone else. Dominic insisted that I have to speak to him since he’s the boss. I explained again I do not want to engage in any conversation with him and he transferred me over to a Customer Service Rep named Angela. Angela spoke over me, not letting me speak. She didn’t take the time to listen or answer any questions and continued to be just as rude and obnoxious as her boss Dominic. Angela assured me that she filed my complaint to Director of Westbury Jeep and I will receive a call from him shortly which was a lie because I never received any type of call. Well after 12 days, I received my car. No loaner for the entire duration my car was being fixed. COMMUNICATION SKILLS WENT OUT THE DOOR WITH WESTBURY JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This service once again from everyone I have spoken to, is HORRIBLE. They need to take special classes to help them learn proper etiquette. Mannerisms is the key to proper customer service which obviously is not at this Jeep Dealer. I would never return to this dealer for any type of service nor will I ever lease or buy from any Jeep Dealer again. Jeep has lost me and my family as customers. I am spreading this complaint to everyone I know, on as many sites as I possibly can to show how customer service and just being polite goes a long way and I didn’t receive that here at Westbury Jeep Service Department. GOODBYE FOREVER JEEP. I will no longer lease or buy. Sayonara. More
another update my review, last week, regarding my experience with the service department, was,critical. from the way they handled my attempt at a tow, to the way th my review, last week, regarding my experience with the service department, was,critical. from the way they handled my attempt at a tow, to the way they handled a loaner car. in the name of fairness, here is another update. too often customers have problems / complaints in the way they are treated at a particular establishment, and the owner goes silent. only responds to the positive reviews and completly ignores negative ones. today, Angela, from the customer service dept,. reached out to me; wanting to hear what happenned. as i mentioned earlier, the road service was not the real issue. i was surprised it was not available in nyc. she explained, to my satisfaction, why it was not. the bigger issue, for both of us, was the unavailablity of a loaner which made using their service center impractical. there were other issues as well, which she is working on trying to right the situation. that is all anyone has a right to ask. i am very appreciative that she reached out to me twice, and will continue to tryto find a resolution that is satisfactory for us both. thank you angela More
Poor Customer Service I brought my car in for service with an appointment and after my car had not been seen for a few days, due to delays in their shop, I called and spoke I brought my car in for service with an appointment and after my car had not been seen for a few days, due to delays in their shop, I called and spoke to the service manager. Although my repairs took longer than I had expected, the service manager apologized for the delay and followed up with me on my repairs and even offered me a free detail on my car for the inconvenience. This dealership handled my complaint quickly and professionally and my car is now running like new again. More

My most recent visit on Dec. 2nd 2017 was no exception. On this latest service visit, I met with John Brewer who assisted me with software reprogramming. He patiently explained and corrected all of the issues. His knowledge and patience was impressive! He truly represents superior customer service and concern for rectifying customers' problems. And thank you to Kathy Cooper who always provides me with prompt service and skilled technicians. More
No fix, belittled by employees DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. DEALERSHIP WAS OF NO HELP. Purchased a '15 Ram ecodiesel New from Westbury dealership. Took in for first oil change and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. DEALERSHIP WAS OF NO HELP. Purchased a '15 Ram ecodiesel New from Westbury dealership. Took in for first oil change and shaky window. I tried to make appt but was told to use express lane when I called. DO NOT DO THIS - don't use express lane for anything except oil change even if they tell you to. I waited 5 HOURS and they hadn't fixed my window. I walked into the garage and the panel was off my door, it just needed lubrication. Fast forward to 27k miles. My '15 Rams tranny went at 27k. I had service done at Huntington even though I knew I wouldn't get a courtesy car. I was willing to make the sacrifice because of the first experience. I even paid for my oil changes at a mechanic to avoid Westbury. Huntington replaced my transmission and at 34k miles, I had issues with my electrical and the truck was bumping when coming out of 1st gear or when coming to a stop. The truck was telling me the trans fluid was running too hot. With knowing I wouldn't get a courtesy car from another dealership, I gave Westbury another chance. They took my truck and accommodated me with a courtesy car. I was told I would receive updates and never did. When I tried to call, I wouldn't get an answer. My service writer was Manny Karamalis. I went in to check on my truck and I was asked to take a test drive with a tech. We drove it around and he felt the bump in the shifting. He wanted to check a bunch of stuff so I left my truck there. I had to call again to find out about my truck with being put to a voice mail. After a few more days, I received a text message. Not even a phone call. I went to Westbury service, sat down with Manny and he told me the tech didn't find a problem. I asked Manny to make a note in my service record that the tech felt the bump and he told me he couldn't write something that isn't true. Made me feel like I was asking him to write something that didn't exist and talked to me like garbage. Loud, rude and inconsiderate. I asked to speak to his manager. His manager Dominick was sitting at a podium next to us and while eating his lunch, not getting up immediately sided with Manny without acknowledging me!! The trans fluid overheating on the highway was not addressed, the electrical problems were not addressed. Manny told me there was nothing wrong with my truck. I tried to contact Westbury via in dealership with Bob Horn and by email. No reply. Not right how I was treated and if you have a troublesome car or truck, I'd advise against bringing it to this service place. If Westbury reads this, contact me for any details you may need. The way I was treated by Manny and Dominick was pretty bad. More

No Hassle Service Experiences I currently own a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I have been working with Derric at Westbury Jeep Service Center for over a year now. Being a car enthusiast, I h I currently own a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I have been working with Derric at Westbury Jeep Service Center for over a year now. Being a car enthusiast, I have owned 6 cars over the last 10 years and I have never met someone more dedicated to customer service and making my vehicle service experience as easy as possible. A quick call to Derric to let him know my issues is all it takes. He coordinates all the other details so I don't have to waste time when bringing my car in. Being a working professional I do not always have time to spend hours waiting in lines at the service center. He lets me know when to come in, has a loaner car ready, and when my car is done, he ensures that all the work that was request has been completed to the highest quality and my standards. Because of Derric, Westbury Jeep is the only service center I will use for any needs I may have now or in the future. It is hard to find quality people to work with these days. Derric is an aboslute asset in my mind. Keep up the good work Westbury Jeep. More
