Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM SRT - Service Center

I am along time Jeep owner. I actually purchased 2 Jeeps from the above mentioned dealer within the last 2 years. I also have had 5 previous Jeeps ( from other dealers ) I can't say enough about this deale from the above mentioned dealer within the last 2 years. I also have had 5 previous Jeeps ( from other dealers ) I can't say enough about this dealership, the service department, but mostly Lisa Boncich ( My service consultant ) When I say " My" thats how Lisa makes me feel " like Im her only customer! Thats amazing because this is a very busy service department. I am always greeted with a smile and a kind word! The reason I actually purchased a second Jeep for my wife had alot to do with LIsa and the way Im treated by her and her staff. I demand attention and I am constantly updated when my trucks are in for service and I know she cares and always does the right thing In todays business climate keeping solid relationships with customers is essential for success. Many businesses drop the "ball" after the sale. (As a businessman I know how important client relations are) LIsa and Westbury Jeep are bucking that trend!! I strongly recommend this dealership.... I came in with a check engine light problem. The problem was a persistent problem that would not go away. Each time I brought in the jeep in Lisa stayed in touchand on top of it. I had to recently bring my Chrysler Town and Country in for "Check Engine" light service at the fairly new service center on Bond Street. The entire staff from start to finish was very accomodating and pro for "Check Engine" light service at the fairly new service center on Bond Street. It was my first visit to Westbury Jeep. I was in for an oil change. I was in a hurry and I let Janine know this. She assured me she would have me done as quickly as possible.
