I have been dealing with Janine since she first started around the same time I bought my truck from that dealership. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received from Janine. She is outgoing, greets you with a smile and is knowledgable about the various models of cars and different brands that the dealership carries. I do not deal with anyone else at the dealership when I need service because she knows my car, my history and my automotive needs. When you are happy with something...why change it. I have never been overcharged. I have never been talked into extra work. I have never had surprises and I have never had any issues at all. When you call Westbury Jeep, ask for Janine. By the way....she likes her coffee with milk and 4 sweet and lows. She took my car in last minute one night. Asking her how she likes her coffee is the least I could do to thank her. More

So far overall my experience of owning a jeep has been on the lower side of the scale, as the quality of parts is just towards the cheaper side compared to other vehicles I have owned. The main reason I am getting my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 serviced is because all the OEM carbon fiber trims are falling off and they needed to be replaced under warranty. So I contacted Westbury Jeep for service, I have previously used them for 2 oil changes already and had no problems, so I figured I could deal with them again as they are pretty hassle free other than the timing of my car, but service overall was good. They were able to order my parts it took about 2-3 weeks to get in. Then I get contacted to make an appointment to get everything installed, which I did since hurricane sandy and the holidays they have been backed up, so my appointment was made about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in advance, and my appointment date was set to be on December 17th with a loaner car as it takes them couple hours and I have to be at work. On top of that last week I had a huge nail that hit my front passenger tire, which the tire needs to be replaced under warranty as I purchased the wheel and tire package warranty. Because runflats are not patchable, they need to be replaced. I get a call today December 14th, 3 days before my appointment saying that I am not eligible for loaner car because I didn't purchase my car there. The receptionist calls me letting me know this because the manager saw my paperwork for the appointment with a loaner and since I have been there before they know I didn't buy the car there. That is absolutely ridiculous because I am still bringing my service business to them and they have the audacity to deny me a car, and basically make me wait for my car to get a tire replaced...and all the trims in the car replaced which could take multiple hours as I experienced in the past with them, waiting for oil changes. So overall my experience with them were great until now, how they call couple days before my appointment to let me know that when the appointment was made weeks ago... Avoid the dealership if you want service and didn't buy a car from there... More

Great service department overall. First off, they're open on Saturdays and on weekdays, they close at Midnight so it's always convenient. I went in for an oil change and the service advisor listened to my co on Saturdays and on weekdays, they close at Midnight so it's always convenient. I went in for an oil change and the service advisor listened to my concern about a cracked rocker panel. He went out took a photo and told me he would submit it for a warranty repair. When my car was finished, he informed me that he would order the part and contact me when it arrived. Now that's great service! More

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and am currently in the middle of a service nightmare!!!! I have now brought my car in for the fourth time to get the transmission leak fixed from my ALREADY REPLACED in the middle of a service nightmare!!!! I brought it in on July 5th and now have waited a total of 20 days with no word from the service center on the problem. I have contacted Chrysler corporate and even have a case manager STILL nothing gets done. My calls are not promptly returned and I am left high and dry... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! You will get stuck with the Westbury service center and be left with nothing but anger and disappointment.... More
