I have been dealing with Westbury jeep for the last 5 years. I have always dreaded going to the the dealer for service until I started with Westbury Jeep. The staff there is always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. They always discuss the work that they are going to perform and tell you the cost before the work is done. My last few visits I have been dealing with Anna Manuzzi and she has been a pleasure to deal with. Anna always greets you with a smile and is very pleasant to deal with. My check engine light went on Friday evening. I called left a message and they called back and made me an appointment for the next morning. Anne helped me when I got there. I have been going to this service dept. since 2005 and I have been pleased. Anna is very professional and went through previous service record to see what was done previously and what needed to be done at have been pleased. Anna is very professional and went through previous service record to see what was done previously and what needed to be done at this 3000 mile service visit. She said it would be approx. 1 1/2 hours and it was actually slightly less. Normally I set my appointments up for one of the first ones in the morning, but today I had it at 10:30 and I must say, it seemed to take less time today than other times. Normally dreading any visit to a car dealership or service center, I didn't know what to expect arriving at Westbury JCD. This dread was quickly eliminated. Upon leaving my Wrangler, I was introduced service center, I didn't know what to expect arriving at Westbury JCD. This dread was quickly eliminated. Upon leaving my Wrangler, I was introduced to Anna who was an immense pleasure to do business with. Very informative, friendly, and accommodating. There was no hassle, whatsoever and the service work was quickly done. Although I initially came in for both a 24k mile service and leak repair, the leak specialist was out sick and Anna went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn't inconvenienced by this. I was genuinely surprised by my experience at Westbury JCD's service center and I was extremely satisfied to have done business here. More
