Brought my 2007 Chrysler 300 in for service having bad tie rods. Car was still covered under a 3rd party extended warranty but I didn't have a good feeling that things were going to work out in my favor. tie rods. Fortunately Anna Manuzzi checked me in and promised to check things out with the car and with the 3rd party insurance. When checking the car out for a NYS inspection, the technician, C. Jimenez-Cruz, also found a problem with the steering rack boot leaking that required the rack assembly to be replaced. When I first heard this from Anna my reaction was - "Oh no, here we go!" But Anna's call to the insurance got everything covered! And everything moved along more quickly than I had imagined. I got the car back on the 2nd day despite the extra mechanical work and dealing with the 3rd party insurance. It was definitely a positive experience dealing with Anna and really appreciated her being an advocate for me with the 3rd party insurance. More

I purchased a Chrysler 300 from this dealer back in the summer of 2009 and it has been one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever made. Aside from being a great vehicle, the service and support I have received has been phenomenal, particularly from Janine. Any time I have had an issue with the vehicle (as are bound to happen over time) whether it be a minor issue or something more major, Janine has always been right on top of things making sure that my needs were taken care of, issues with the vehicle were explained to me in a way that I could understand and make informed decisions about. Remembering what it was like before I was a Westbury Chrysler vehicle owner, I always felt other service departments would recommend unnecessary service to vehicles, but with Westbury Chrysler and Janine, she goes over the history of my car's service so that all basic maintenance is planned and schedule when necessary. I hope my Chrysler 300 lasts for many more years to come, but when it finally goes, the level of service and friendliness I have received will likely lead me to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership.
