Very Pleased I was just in for service with my 2013 Grand Cherokee had to have the water pump replaced. At the time I made my appointment there were no loaner cars I was just in for service with my 2013 Grand Cherokee had to have the water pump replaced. At the time I made my appointment there were no loaner cars available, I was asked if I could just bring it in at night after work to have it looked at to make sure it was not serious. After looking at my Jeep, they realized it was serious and they could not let me leave with it, so they were able to find me a loaner and they were able to have a new improved water pump put in the next day. And when I picked up my Jeep my service advisor Janine also told me that they had my recalls taken care of while my Jeep was in. Janine was very nice and kept me in the loop throughout the whole experience and I have never had a better experience with a vehicle as I have with my Jeeps at Westbury. More

Great Service Experience A pleasant experience. This was my first visit to the service center with my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport. A few days after I picked it up I realized the rear A pleasant experience. A few days after I picked it up I realized the rear defroster did not work and climate control buttons did not light up on the left side. I brought it in and Lisa B. was GREAT. She called me and kept me advised of the cars progress. It was only there 2 days but she stayed in contact with me and even emailed me. I got it back all fixed. More

Oil changes Purchased a certified pre owned 2010 liberty from laureen very pleasant to deal with. This car has had many problems all which have been fixed. the mechanics who change oil need to be trained in how to tighten oil filters, I have gone for 5 oil changes and 4 times I had to retighten the filter as oil was leaking out. I use this vehicle on long trips, loosing oil would cause engine to malfunction if not caught in time. The service advisers I deal with are pleasant Lisa B. And Kenny. The one time oil filter did not have to be tightened it was written on the work report of my complaint. More
