The entire staff at Westbury Jeep is courteous, attentive, friendly, honest. You never get the run-around like with some of these other dealers. The staff really does make you feel like they are there for one and one reason only – to make their customers’ experience as pleasant as possible. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Domenick since Day 1. Not only does he know his stuff, he is also very friendly, honest and always follows up . I am very careful who I trust with my truck and he is definitely one of those people. A+ all the way around! More
3 months in a loaner car. Not happy 2014 grand cherokee diesel motor. I believe in the car and the motor- however (3) bad injectors and 5 service visits ... All of this led to a fight for a refund under the lemon law. Every time we called the dealership-none if the managers returned our calls. I had to get an attorney to start getting cooperation... Disappointed in the dealership and the lack of attention in dealing with a faulty motor with only 500 miles on it. Only mike goldberg and tim doyle helped in the process- no one else wanted to deal with it. More

I love that the service center is open late, which is a plus for those of us who work odd hours. The night crew rocks!! More
Horrible Service Department I have been bringing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the service department for issues that started after owning the car for 5 months. The problems I have been bringing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the service department for issues that started after owning the car for 5 months. The problems have been.....door senors, easy exit seat, and sunroof, work some times. Also the front brakes started squeaking at 5000 miles. I have tried 3 times to have these issues corrected and I'm told when the car is checked out nothing is wrong. In there words, " if they can't duplicate the problem there is nothing they can do." I was contacted by Chrysler care department and they told me they would send a Chysler engineer out on the 28 of Oct.to work with the service department. At 4:30 on the 28th I called to check on the progress, had to leave a message. No one there ever answers their phone. At 5:45 on the 28th my service advisor Dominic Denovellis called me back and said nothing has been done to the car. I asked about the Chrysler engineer, he said no one called from that department nor did they come out to look at the car. He said someone should be there tomorrow and that I should call Tim Doyle, the service director in the morning. The owner Joel Sporn and Tim Doyle called me in the morning and pretty much said there is no Chysler engineer that will come out, that if they can't duplicate the issues, they can't do anything to fix the car and they will work on the car and call me later. I did get a call later that day saying that the car was done, but that they could not fix any of the issues that I brought the car in for and there was nothing else they could do. I said so basically I'm stuck with a car that when I push a button, it might or might not work and I have a car that has brakes that squeak. They would not give me an answer to my question. I picked the car up and as they drove it to me the cars brakes squeaked as it cam to a stop, of course no one was around to hear it and the person driving the car said he didn't hear anything. TIm Doyle came out and drove the car and said he heard nothing. So this is were I stand. I feel like I'm living in a nightmare with this car. Horrible horrible horrible experience! I will never buy a Chrysler product again!! More

My Jeep needed TLC! I went to Westbury Jeep to have my Liberty serviced. After being directed to Steve I started to explain what issued i was having with my truck For on I went to Westbury Jeep to have my Liberty serviced. After being directed to Steve I started to explain what issued i was having with my truck For once I was treated with a professional and friendly manner in a dealership. Being a female, i am frequently met with the attitude of you have no idea what your talking about, but not here and not with him. After addressing all of my concerns, my truck and all of it's issues, from struts to a computer problem, all were fixed in a timely manner and my truck returned to me quickly. I will definitely be returning for service! More

I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for 2 recall notices and was taken care immediately , the Service Advisor Shawn was very helpful and h I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for 2 recall notices and was taken care immediately , the Service Advisor Shawn was very helpful and had me in and out in no time and as always it is the only service department that you actually like to go to because of the extremely friendly and helpful staff that is there waiting to just give you great service.
