By far the best experience I have ever had in a big dealership service department. The service advisor, Shawn, took the time to explain the necessary services/maintenance for my Jeep. Also never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to 'upsell' me any services. Warranty issues were handled extremely well and I felt like my truck was being treated the way I would treat it. I will continue to be a loyal customer here at Westbury Jeep. More

Some highs and lows I've been in several times over the past 2 years and definitely some good and bad. The good: Hours are great, people are generally friendly and helpf I've been in several times over the past 2 years and definitely some good and bad. The good: Hours are great, people are generally friendly and helpful and WHEN work is completed the quality has been high for me. The bad. First, this place is huge. You may come in one day and speed through and come in a similar day and time a week later and it's swamped. Second, I brought my car in multiple times for the same problems and feel like I had to do a lot of the research to get these problems fixed. Granted, these have been less than straightforward problems, but I've found user groups and service bulletins online and had to push to have the issues addressed based on what I found. My advice is to use Westbury for service, but be an informed consumer: 1) Get second opinions on any expensive fix. 2) Educate yourself via online forums. Few problems are unique. 3) Push if you need to. With so many customers to keep happy, the squeaky wheel will get attention. More

He was respectful, courteous, and very efficient in how he handled my situation. In addition, with Steve Marchionne, CEO, involved in the communications prior to my visit to Westbury, I was sure to inform Mr. Marchionne with an extension of praise towards the professionalism of Mr. Petrowski, who reinstated my belief that Jeep provides a good product for the consumer and his service center was able to fulfill its obligation to satisfy the customer, of which I will continue to be in the future.
