In our last visit, Kelly Cooper went above and beyond My experience with every visit is always good. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. In our last visit, Kelly Cooper went above and beyond to ensure we understood the options available to fix and maintain our car. Although there was a bit of wait due to the high volume of cars (Saturday morning at 8:00am), she kept us informed every step of the way. The facility is well maintained and organized. Even if you have to wait, the waiting area is extremely comfortable (TV, Computers, clean restrooms and refreshments available). I also appreciate that there is free wi-fi. ;) More

Too many reps do not communicate well, don't care and there job poorly and to slow. Steve was the complete POSTIVE opposite. Westbury Jeep is Luky to have such an employee. Total disappointment. I purchased my car there because they talented their service department and load the car program. Truth is, unless you plan in advance your car break I purchased my car there because they talented their service department and load the car program. Truth is, unless you plan in advance your car breaking down, you'll never get a loaner car. It takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get a loaner car but usually more like 3 to 4 weeks. The first time I brought my call there was for a noise I heard. They called me the next day and told me my car was ready. I picked up the car and drove around the corner and of course I still heard the noise. Drove back in and the mechanic got into the car with me and heard the noise. The next day they called me that the car was ready. I picked it back up and still heard the noise. The following day it was finally fixed. The second time I brought the car for service after 24 months I was surprised to learn that I needed new rotors and brakes on the front and the back. I was hesitant in spending over $1000 to get this job done. When I told them I wanted to consult with my wife I was belittled for having to ask my wife to get the job done. I could've gotten the job done outside for just about half price. And my last trip my service advisor just flat out lied to me. The dealership told the insurance co what the diagnosis was for the car at 9 o'clock in the morning. At 11 my service advisor told me distill five cars ahead of me. When I told her that the insurance company was already told the call was diagnosed she dscrambled and said that she did me a favor and rushed the job through and got it diagnosed. I emailed the manager and the owner but of course they never got back to me. I would stay clear of this dealership. More

The salesman lied about all the terms particularly the service. He did not provide me with a copy of the warranty. Now I am getting constant calls from an extended warranty company telling me my warranty was only for one year. I have no way of knowing because the sales manager "Asher" will not get on the phone or return my calls. He told me all regular service is included in the lease. Another lie! Every time I go for service they try to sell me services that are not included. Loaner cars are not available as I was promised. Their 5Star service center is in an industrial area, sandwiched between factories and warehouses. The Express Service takes hours. Got the picture? More
Excellent Care Shawn Mayers handled the issue with my Fiat 500. The keys stopped working and a new set had to come from Fiat. Shawn patiently explained the issue and promised to follow up. I think the most satisfying feeling I had was when Shawn called to give me bad news, that the keys would be delayed. I wrote to him that making a call when you have to give a customer bad news is rare and that I really appreciated him going the extra mile. There was going to be a delay in getting the keys but somehow Shawn was able to push through that and I am so happy I was able to get my card back today. I think Shawn exemplifies great service and I am extremely satisfied and happy Ed Jacobsen More
