Amazing service and attention I had a wonderful experience with Anna Manuzzi and the whole staff at the dealership service center- down to the service men who I saw very only for a I had a wonderful experience with Anna Manuzzi and the whole staff at the dealership service center- down to the service men who I saw very only for a short time! I would HIGHLY recommend working with them! They were not only friendly and attentive but also very timely with their work and understanding of my schedule. I worked with many at the service center, not just Anna and was very impressed. I would also like the thank the ladies up front and the Willie who worked directly with the cars in the back. He met me at my car and helped me with every step along with Anna. They treat you like family at this service center and I felt more than comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I would recommend these people work with hands down! Thank you all so much for your help! More

Service Leased a fully loaded Town and Country, second time in a year I have been back for brake issues. First time was the booster and it took a week and ha Leased a fully loaded Town and Country, second time in a year I have been back for brake issues. First time was the booster and it took a week and half to get fixed. VIP experience was suppose to get loaner car. Was told they did not have one available. This time they told me it would cost $1K to fix warped rotors. Car has 14K miles on it. Took it to another mechanic and he gave me a price of $650. Not after market parts. Car buying experience was great, car itself and service center are horrible. Leased the following cars for 36 months 2 Ford Explorers, G37 Infiniti, Honda Odyssey, Cadillac SRX and Honda Accord with no issues. That is why you lease. Would not recommend at alll. More
