Terrible service This review is about the service department only. It has nothing to do wit my experience at the dealership itself. I had gotten my cat serviced twice This review is about the service department only. It has nothing to do wit my experience at the dealership itself. I had gotten my cat serviced twice since I purchased my car back in October last year. The first time I got there on a Saturday around 8 am. There was no line for the "express" lane. Yet it took about 1:30 hours to get an oil change. They claim they do an inspection of the car, but at that particular point my cat had no windshield fluid and they didn't replenish it. The second time I needed an oil change and yearly inspection. I was told it'd take an hour and a half. After more than two hours I inquired about the expected timeframe. They told me the car wa ready, but as I walked towards it, i noticed the inspection had not be done. They took the car back which took another half an hour. I spent 3 hours getting a simple oil change and an inspection which normally takes an hour tops in other service center. I did not get an apology or anything of the sort for that terrible waste of time. More

Kelly Cooper greeted me with kindness and a desire to know my situation. Not a usual thing, especially since I did not purchase my car here. So now, I have a service center for life. I was on a wait list but that lasted less than 40 minutes--And- I got there late!! Will be back when needed. I am a happy customer. More

Linda was very professional and offered a cash voucher to be used on future service. also a auto detail for my displeasing brake job.. on monday sept 14 i brought my chrysler 200 in for a terrible knocking noise from front end.. Goodyear had already replaced struts and stabiliazer bar but that wasnt the fix!! now i was very upset and reluctantly came back to see if wesbury jeep chrysler dodge could repair my car. then it happened i was introduced to Stephon, service advisor! he listened to my problem and concerns and very confidentaly told me his professsional opinion and that he would call when the problem was discovered. the problem was solved when the technician discovered the lower contro arm and bushings were worn out. Stephon conscientiously looked at my Zurich warranty and the repair was covered!! no doubt i had done the right thing buying a better warranty. the experience with Linda, service advocate and Stephon the service advisor had me smiling for days More

Poor Customer Service I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited to the Westbury Jeep service center for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back, three of the 4 I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited to the Westbury Jeep service center for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back, three of the 4 wheels were damaged on the lip of each wheel. I called and visited the service department to resolve the issue, however, they denied they damaged the wheels and did anything wrong. I escalated my complaint to the service director, Tim D, and corporate jeep customer service. The service director has not returned my call. I will never come back to this service department EVER again. Horrible and unprofessional customer service at best. How do you deny any damage that was done by your company, when the damage was identified soon after the service? Hopefully corrective action will be taken on the part of the dealership as I will have to file a complaint to the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. More
Excellent experience We brought the car in for a "we owe"-they were the ones who contacted us about the appointment-it was only a stain on the back seat. But since it was a lease we pointed it out when we leased it. They gave us a loaner car as promised. It is a very busy place but things seemed organized. I was shocked to have the car back in 24 hours! Couldn't be happier! More
