Wrangler HVAC update and scheduled Maint I have had a very frustrating intermitten issue with the heat blowing cold air in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I called Monday and was set up with a loaner I have had a very frustrating intermitten issue with the heat blowing cold air in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I called Monday and was set up with a loaner for today (Thursday). When I arrived just before 9AM there was no line and Anna took care of me right away writing up my concerns and also going over the options for routine maintenance. They set me up with the loaner so fast that i didn't have time to eat the half a bagel that i buttered, but that was OK. Additinally I was set up with a Grand Cherokee which was very nice to drive. Anna called around lunch time to update me on where things stood at that time. When I hung up I got the impression they may need to keep the Wrangler over night. I was surprised when she called a little after 5 to say it was ready. More

Power Lift Gate Recall Bought my car 2014 Cherokee Jeep Unhappy that this is my second recall and I still have another one that has to be done.
