Recall Brought in my car for a recall to replace airbag inflator. I dealt with Anna Mannzzi and she was wonderful to work with and very professional. Service dept visit brought my Jeep in for Service and was attended by Kelly Cooper . This young lady was very professional, listened to my concerns and was sympathetic brought my Jeep in for Service and was attended by Kelly Cooper . This young lady was very professional, listened to my concerns and was sympathetic and honest. She clearly explained what my vehicle needed and how long it would take to complete the repairs. I was given a loaner vehicle which was a luxury loaner on top of that. I appreciate the way Kelly handled my concerns and her patience in dealing with me. I would highly recommend Kelly as a Service Manager because she makes sure her clients leave happy. I would highly recommend Her to anyone bringing their vehicle to westbury jeep Chrysler for service. I will only take my vehicle to Westbury jeep Chrysler even though there is a Jeep Service 15 minutes away from my home because Westbury is the only dealer I want to deal with. Just listening to kelly handle other clients before me is just amazing. She is well spoken and knows how to deal with irate clients who then leave as happy clients.
