Denied Service On February 13, 2016, I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Caravan with 37 miles. However, on the drive home I noticed a sound coming from the windshiel On February 13, 2016, I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Caravan with 37 miles. However, on the drive home I noticed a sound coming from the windshield that may be caused from an improper seal, in addition, the passenger side wipers did not wipe properly. I decided to make an appointment with Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. An e-mail confirmation was sent to me for 2/15/2016 at 7:40 AM. When I arrived the morning of, I was approach by an older Caucasian lady. I believe her name is Anna Manuzzi. She asked me if I have an appointment and I told her that I do. I also told her the reason I was there. After turning back to answer a question that my father had ask me in my native tongue, I noticed that I was spoken to differently by Anna Manuzzi. She had ask me if I had purchased the vehicle at Westbury and I told her that I had purchased the vehicle from a dealer in New Jersey. She said, "you have to take it back to that dealer, we cannot do anything for you here". I said, "isn't this a dodge dealership? Shouldn't you be able to take care of future customers"? She said, "we are backed up, don't you see the other cars here, they all have appointments". I said, "I also have an appointment and I'm actually here physically". She couldn't help, so my family and I left after having to wake up at 6 AM to go to what we thought was our appointment. Even though it was unsafe to drive back with what may be a loose windshield; we had no other choice after being denied service. More

Problems with my patriot I bought a brand new Jeep Partiot in 2012. Since then I've had numerous issues with my Patriot. Although the truck has given me problems the people at Westbury Jeep in the service department are amazing. Jovany Reyes and Tim Doyle have gone above and beyond to help me with my issues. They are both amazing and because of them I would recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone looking to buy a truck. More

Service Once again a great experience as usual. I have purchased new vehicles from Westbury before but had to go used this time and bought from a used car de Once again a great experience as usual. However, Their service was so great I brought my new used car to them to get checked out. I only wish I could buy an extended service plan from them for my new used car?? More
Steering Column repaired Anna Manuzzi was my service advisor at the Westbury Jeep service center on Bond St. Went in for an 8:30 appt. was attended to right away, Anna took v Anna Manuzzi was my service advisor at the Westbury Jeep service center on Bond St. Went in for an 8:30 appt. was attended to right away, Anna took very good care of me she came to me with up dates and when I was told the job would take a few hours I was offered a loaner for the day. I received a call at 4:00 telling me my car was ready and if I couldn't get back to service center by that evening there would be no problem returning my loaner the next morning. She was very helpful, kind and courteous. More
1st oil change Maria Durham was my service advisor, it was my first service visit since I purchased my Jeep. Although I waited an hour for an oil change, the custome Maria Durham was my service advisor, it was my first service visit since I purchased my Jeep. Although I waited an hour for an oil change, the customer lounge was clean and comfortable enough to make the wait tolerable. Maria was very professional and courteous, as was every other employee. Best part was that oil change didn't cost a dime....part of their VIP package. All in all a pleasant experience! More
