I received a call at 4:00 telling me my car was ready and if I couldn't get back to service center by that evening there would be no problem returning my loaner the next morning. She was very helpful, kind and courteous. More

Although I waited an hour for an oil change, the customer lounge was clean and comfortable enough to make the wait tolerable. Maria was very professional and courteous, as was every other employee. Best part was that oil change didn't cost a dime....part of their VIP package. All in all a pleasant experience! More
