Marie Cannata, who assisted with the trade in value of my former Jeep, was very cordial and professional. The showroom was very well maintained, and there was a lovely food and drink table set up for customers. I purchased a vehicle, and 3 days in, I am satisfied so far. There have been a few minor glitches, but Hasan has addressed them in a timely and professional manner. I am hoping the service dept. will also impress me in the same way when the time comes. More

In February of 2014, Nancy Savalli put me in my dream car (a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lmtd), and now Anna Manuzzi, my service advisor, has been taking the best care of me/my car. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences when visiting the Westbury Jeep service center on Jericho Tpke. Bringing my car in for service used to be a loathsome chore. Now, it is something I ACTUALLY look forward to! Ms. Manuzzi knows her Jeeps. She gives excellent advice, and is extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I am now completely convinced I will be a Jeep customer for life. I will be sending my family, and all my closest friends to Westbury Jeep once their leases are up. (I, personally, was treated like garbage at East Hills. Just needed to throw that out there! Glad it happened though, because otherwise, I might have not found this great place.) More
