Kelly Cooper greeted me with kindness and a desire to know my situation. Not a usual thing, especially since I did not purchase my car here. So now, I have a service center for life. Linda was very professional and offered a cash voucher to be used on future service. also a auto detail for my displeasing brake job.. on monday sept 14 i brought my chrysler 200 in for a terrible knocking noise from front end.. Goodyear had already replaced struts and stabiliazer bar but that wasnt the fix!! now i was very upset and reluctantly came back to see if wesbury jeep chrysler dodge could repair my car. then it happened i was introduced to Stephon, service advisor! he listened to my problem and concerns and very confidentaly told me his professsional opinion and that he would call when the problem was discovered. the problem was solved when the technician discovered the lower contro arm and bushings were worn out. Stephon conscientiously looked at my Zurich warranty and the repair was covered!! no doubt i had done the right thing buying a better warranty. the experience with Linda, service advocate and Stephon the service advisor had me smiling for days More

Excellent experience We brought the car in for a "we owe"-they were the ones who contacted us about the appointment-it was only a stain on the back seat. Excellent Service Advisor and Staff On 09.10.15 our 2009 Town & Country started smoking and leaking antifreeze from the engine area. Had to have it towed to Westbury/Jeep Service Departm On 09.10.15 our 2009 Town & Country started smoking and leaking antifreeze from the engine area. Had to have it towed to Westbury/Jeep Service Department, 111 Bond Street, Westbury for service. After speaking to the Service Advisor (Ms. Michele Spencer) the following day, she quickly gathered all my information about my complaint, collected the computerized history of service from my service records, and verified the extended warantee of the vehicle. As this was an emergency service visit, Ms. Spencer quickly had service staff perform a multi-point vehicle inspection to determine what service was needed to correct the vehicle's mechanical problems. Not only did the service department find a leaking heater hose, a defective motor mount had to be replaced, and both front struts were leaking. All items were completed within a reasonable time frame after the extended warantee inspector confirmed and approved the work to be done. All recommended services were covered by the extended warantee. During this service Westbury/Jeep did provide a service loner automobile for my needs while repairs were made to my vehicle. Thanks to Ms.Spencer, the service department staff, and Westbury/Jeep for their professional service to their customers. This service experience was an excellent experience. John Burgois More
