Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that our work was done in the time frame promised and correctly. She was diligent and followed through with all of her promises. She followed up with the loaner vehichle that it was smooth and easy. We have purchased our last 3 Dodges from Westbury and have consistently been provided with quality service, they take care of you as a customer long after you sign on the dotted line and drive away. We get the same great service whether it is a simple oil change or a much bigger job. Over the years we have dealt with different service advisors ( all good), but working with Kelly is truly a pleasure. She is knowledgable, if not she finds out, friendly, courteous, polite and thoughtful. Everything you want when you are dealing with what might be a hassle to be without a vehicle. Kelly is compassionate to the situation and does what she can to make it smooth and get you back on the road. Praise should also go out to the tech, who took the time to find the rattle ( one of our problems) and not give up until it was gone. We appreciate the quiet. Please keep up the good work in the service department. We wouldn't go anywhere else with our Dodge. More

Excellent and accommodating service! My 11 year old Jeep came to the end of it's long and happy life on my way to work today. Great Customer Service!!!! I normally experience great customer service at the Westbury Parts and Service site; however, I'm usually here at night when the shop is not very busy I normally experience great customer service at the Westbury Parts and Service site; however, I'm usually here at night when the shop is not very busy. I was expecting a major repair today and I wasn't sure what to expect because my repair was scheduled on a Monday morning. As soon as I pulled into the lot Anna Manuzzi checked me in and proceeded to help me for the rest of the day. I expressed my concern with leaving the shop by a certain time because of daddy duty and she considered my time constraints during my entire stay. Additionally, rather than recommending a needless expensive repair, Anna, in collaboration with the auto repairman, was able to determine my car did not need such repair. She was able to identify my car needed a necessary recall repair (free of charge). She also recommended that I change my RWD drive fluid and flush out my power steering fluid to avoid a future issue w/ my vehicle. This was all done at a way lesser charge. I highly recommend working w/ Anna, as she is the ultimate professional. More

However, when I got to Westbury and met with Boli the process se I was in the market to buy my first car on my own and it seemed like a daunting task. My aunt even called him before I picked up the car because I joked about needing a bow on my new car.
