Servicing my vehicle at Westbury dodge is by far the worst car servicing experience i ever had. My car sat here for a month and nothing got accomplished and the parts that they put on were all defective worst car servicing experience i ever had. I waited for a “splash guard” since it came cracked from the showroom when i purchased the vehicle back in June until now , oct 1 it got replaced and they couldn’t even install it correctly. I think the only thing they did right was a simple oil change. You would think a $90,000 car they would have more care to fix properly but when I come pick it up theirs scratches all over the car, and nothing accomplished. If you’re looking to get your car serviced stay far away from this place. The valet drivers drive customers vehicles like it’s a scene of a fast and furious movie no respect for customers cars. Ive been back and forth 3 times and nothing has been done . More
