This was my first service visit with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. When I called to change my appointment, I learned that I could use the new Express Lane feature at the Service Department (no appointment needed). I arrived at the dealership at a convenient time for me and was greeted promptly and professionally. We discussed my needs and I was directed to a waiting room and offered coffee or water. I was told it would not take more than 30 minutes. The wait room was comfortable with a cable TV (and remote) for me to idle some time away. There were recent magazines and newspapers, coffee and a few vending machines. What really perked me up was the free WiFi Internet access. I was able to check email, browse the web and stream music while waiting. Less than 30 minutes later, my Jeep was ready, my bill was presented and I paid and checked out without any hassle. This is a great service feature that I will use often. It takes the hassle out of routine maintenance like oil changes (plus there's no fees for labor if you bought your Jeep from Westbury). More

From setting up my appointment to picking up my car, everyone that I talked to was very supportive. When I dropped off my car, Lisa Chea was very knowledgeable on how my car would be worked on and defi everyone that I talked to was very supportive. I was called when the car was completed, instead of having to call myself to see if the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I did not have to wait for my car, plus it was not dirty. I have never dropped of any of my vehicles for service at a dealership where one or all of these items were lacking. Thank you. More
I had ordered a car at a dealership in CT whom I had been doing business with for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, 5 weeks into the order, the owner called me and told me they were going to have to give u doing business with for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, 5 weeks into the order, the owner called me and told me they were going to have to give up the franchise and my order would have to go elsewhere. I called up Westbury CJD based on a recommendation. They asked me what my current deal was, and they offered to do the same - no haggling, just “yes, we’ll help you”. This was a high demand vehicle that most dealers were charging MSRP for, and here was a dealership willing to make a new customer happy due to the extenuating circumstances. They may have not made as much money on the car as they could have, but they did earn my future business and business from my recommendations. I was treated like a long time customer from the time of my first phone call and all the way through the delivery of the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about them. More

I selected a Jeep because of the reliability and service it provides. I recommend Westbury Jeep because that expectation of “above and beyond the call” fits the tradition of what Jeep stands for. Those who work there seem to reflect the character and high values of the owner Joel Sporn, who has always been so accessible. Many companies offer similar products and it is the customer service that sets a company apart, and the service and caring at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge has been in an amazing class by itself for all the years I happily remained a loyal customer. The first time I received a customer survey I wrote they needed another column for this dealership, the highest rating of excellent was not high enough, OUTSTANDING was needed. Making sure we understood all of the different vehicles and their options, he spent about 2 hours with my wife and I. Eric Rivera stayed late, past closing time, to make sure we were happy in our choice of car. Then, to put the icing on the cake, the first year of free oil changes, the vip + program, service hours until 12:30am monday to friday, the loaner cars, express oil changes and now you should check out the new showroom!
