Upon entering this dealer, I was promptly tended to. I was nicely greeted by a woman at the front desk and she soon called for a salesperson. His enthusiasm and ability to be a sociable person helped 'break the ice', which made our experience at the dealership that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We exchanged words about a Jeep Wrangler I was particularly looking for and he seemed to have been very knowledgeable about them. As I pointed out the Jeep in which I was potentially interested in, he offered to go "Take a drive", even in the 20 Degree weather. Within a few minutes, we were in the truck driving down the road and he explained to me all the features and options that were in it - that is when I knew it was the one. As we furthered our deal, Ricky made everything clear and as easy-as-can-be along with his co-worker Arnie Price, who was another great help - not to mention "character" as he also had a great personality with lots of enthusiasm and many jokes.(Let me be the first to say that those two make a great duo and made the purchase an enjoyable one). Within 24 hours the deal was done and I was able to drive home the next day with the Jeep.
