I want to start by saying this was the absolute best service I’ve had in a long time! A couple of days ago we had a emergency with my sons Jeep, of course 2 days before he was due back at school. I rea service I’ve had in a long time! A couple of days ago we had a emergency with my sons Jeep, of course 2 days before he was due back at school. I reached out to westbury service and to my dismay I was told I was more than welcome to bring it in for emergency visit but it would probably not be looked into for several days I was a reck! When we pulled up we were greeted by Kelly , she saw how upset I was and quickly put me at ease , she told me should would do her best to help us and get me in next day. To my surprise a few hours later I received a text report on my car followed up by a call from Kelly with what was needed to fix my sons car, they even found a couple of things we would have not known about and with our son being over 300 miles away we were so glad that they saw it ! She said that they were getting all the parts we needed and could have us on the road next day and sure enough we got a call next day that the car was done and that she had it washed for him ! I have to say thanks to westbury staff and especially Kelly for making this horrible thing that happened at the worst time so easy for us ! More
