I knew I should have just come back to Westbury first. This was my first time dealing with Shane and Arnie. Both were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The best part to me is that neither one of them were the typical pushy salespeople...they were down-to-earth, normal guys who had a lot to offer. I can't thank them enough. Initially I was interested in a 2008 used Liberty but after looking at the 2010 and talking about various things with Tom I decided to purchase a black 2010, for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with him and everyone else at Westbury. Tom was actually one of the only salesman that actually returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered any questions! The car was ready when promised,it was clean and beautiful, the finance dept. was excellent and purchasing the jeep was an enjoyable very easy process. I had an appointment for several things to be serviced but when I got there they didn't have any loaner cars left. I was annoyed because I had errands to run and kids to pick up. Mr. Mahoney helped Mik but when I got there they didn't have any loaner cars left. I was annoyed because I had errands to run and kids to pick up. Mr. Mahoney helped Mike get me home. Mr. Mahoney had promised me my car would be done early or would have a loaner delivered to my house. My car was done by 2 pm and they picked me up and brought me to the service center.
