I came in with my dad to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I showed up to the dealership I was greeted by Joe Conrad in a very professional mannor. He asked how he can help us and brought us right over to the Grand Cherokees. After some question and answers he offered me a test drive. During the test drive he explained all the functions of the vehicle in full. When we got back to the showroom he offered me and my dad refreshments. The sales manager Mario introduced himself and assured me that we would be taken care of. He worked up numerous amounts of options and found one the fits the best for me. This is the 3rd dealership we came to and this one is by far the nicest staff and has alot to offer. We were most excited about the VIP program and the service department hours. Joe was exremely knowledgeable and polite. I would reccommend Joe and this dealership to anyone. I can't wait to pick up my new 2012 Jeep! More
We live in Upstate NY (6.5 hours away from Westbury). We spoke to Matt on the phone about a 2011 Touring L Van that seemed to be exactly what we wanted for a terrific price. He was very professional but at the same time very patient with all of our questions. We decided to make the trek to purchase the van. Our arrival time was 8:00 PM and Matt greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. By the way, he also helped us negotiate our way there as we became lost several times within the last 20 miles of the trip. Matt came in on his day off-bright and early in the morning to help us through the purchasing process. He patiently waited while we decided on which color van to purchase (you know this is one of the most important decisions). Again, he was with us every step of the way until we headed back home that evening with our luxurious van. Matt even called us when we were on our way to be sure everything was going all right. He called this morning to see that we were home safe and happy with our purchase! The whole experience was terrific. I would hope that Matt's awesome personality, professionalism, knowledge and follow-through will make him part of the management team soon. Thanks Matt. More
Dealing with Alex Litsius was a pleasure. He demonstrated vast knowledge of the vehicle and proved to be accurate with all his information. Once we finished I was referred to Steve Cottage the Business Manager and within minutes we set up the financing and the warranty details. The best part of it was that Steve got a extremely competetive percentage rate. There was no hard sell and it was presented as a option that made sense. I love the Jeep Wrangler, it's the second one. Brought my 2010 van in For service, Transmission was Shifting funny. They wanted to keep it for a week, no loaner cars available for 10 days, Service writer was very impolite, like to was my problem t Shifting funny. There were some difficulties with the car since it has been owned previously for a very short time, but any problems were handled quickly and smoothly. If we had any questions there was always someone there to answer them. It was a little overwhelming since this was the first time we were purchasing a car, but Juan was always there to guide us through it. Definitely recommend this dealership! More

They offer loaner cars, and the Service Manager Tim is there to make sure the work is done properly, and his customers are completely satisfied. First and foremost, however, the experience begins in the showroom. Our most recent experiences have been with General Manager Keith Donnelly. He is a man of his word, and a pleasure to do business with. This is something we haven’t experienced in the past with other car dealers. Over the summer I had a situation with my car that required me to get into a new car, which Keith made happen quickly and easily. He just put my wife into her dream car, and we are very thankful to him for his assistance in getting the exact car she wanted and making the finances work for us. He made a deal happen that we didn’t think was possible. We thank Keith, our salesman Lenny, Tim and all the other staff that work at Westbury Jeep for all they’ve done to keep us satisfied Jeep customers through the years. So I walked into Westbury Jeep on the 2nd to last day of the month....typically a very good time to buy or lease a new car. I already had a deal in hand from another dealer that was a great price. The only problem was that the dealer was in NJ, and it was a color I didn't really want. Westbury couldn't quite match the price, although they did come close, and I was willing to take a little bit of a hit in order to have the color I wanted and potentially buy from a dealer closer to me. Everything involved with structuring the deal went smoothly, and I will add that Shawn, my salesman did a great job. He was courteous and friendly and did whatever he could for me to make the deal happen. I did have a little bit of a delay when I picked up the vehicle, as it was the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy trying to get as many vehicles into customer's hands as possible. I voiced my concerns, and Joel Sporn, the owner personally contacted me the next day to apologize and and make sure that I knew that this was not typical of his dealership. I appreciate his apology and I'm glad to see that a business owner of a large business took the time to personally contact me and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'd recommend Westbury to any of my friends in the market for a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product. More

He told me about his children as I did the same he was a family man like myself. CHRIS was friendly, genuine, kind and most importantly honest. He was upfront about everything and he showed me around the car. The upfront and very good pricing without having to back and forth to the managers desk helped. I will recommend that everyone I know wanting a Chrysler brand product go and visit Chris, he is an asset to the team.
