The only negative was relative to the appraisal of my trade-in as the quote was substantially lower than expected based upon my extensive research which had included using Black Book (as posted on Westbury's website). It is to the credit of Westbury's Dominic Galgano that I remained to complete the purchase. He was most professional in hearing my perspective on the matter and handled it to my complete satisfaction. Dominic not only has his act together but conducts his business in a respectful and professional manner. He took the time to understand my concerns and was responsive by his actions on my behalf. I bought a brand new Chrysler Town and Country from Michael Goldberg. My experience with him was a very pleasant one. It is odd to find a car salesman that you feel you can trust. Cliff the business manager was a little much (insert stereotypical car salesman image). But in the end he wasn't that bad (didn't try to sell me the undercoat and didn't push the extended warranty once I told him no." The car was in good shape. However I did find a cigarette lighter by the driver seat a day later. Was someone smoking in my brand new car???? I certainly hope not. Overall, if you are going to this dealership, I would go to Michael Goldberg to buy that car. If my next car is a Chrysler I would deal with him in a second. More
