Being a young mother and having tons of students loans, it has been a struggle to get a car without a cosigner. Both Alex and Steve made this accomplishment possible. It was nice not to feel bad or judged due to my credit score being low due to student loans. Alex was very thorough and knowledgeable of the company and the car of purchase. Steve was the "Finance Man" who did wonders of getting me "Approved". He was very kind an thorough and most importantly he was their to help his guests. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone. Especially if you are a student or individual who are currently suffering from a poor credit score. I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and am currently in the middle of a service nightmare!!!! I have now brought my car in for the fourth time to get the transmission leak fixed from my ALREADY REPLACED in the middle of a service nightmare!!!! I have now brought my car in for the fourth time to get the transmission leak fixed from my ALREADY REPLACED transmission. I had to wait two weeks to get the appointment. I brought it in on July 5th and now have waited a total of 20 days with no word from the service center on the problem. I have contacted Chrysler corporate and even have a case manager STILL nothing gets done. My calls are not promptly returned and I am left high and dry... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! You will get stuck with the Westbury service center and be left with nothing but anger and disappointment.... More

I am always weary of going to car dealerships because I have had bad prior experience with salesmen. Even the day I purchased the car from Westbury, I went to another Jeep dealership in Nassau county that would not work with me and what I wanted. It was incredible to see how a salesman had a price on the sticker and wouldn't budge! I was openly willing to purchase a Jeep that very day and left that dealership disappointed, frustrated, and with high hopes that Westbury could satisfy me. It was busy when I entered the showroom. (It was a spacious building and a wonderful showroom). I noticed that staff was all working hard and very busy. I then was appointed to work with Christopher Cox who was an incredible salesman. His down to earth no nonsense approach drew me to him instantly. I told him what I wanted and he made it work. He gave me a background of his car sales history and it was obvious that he has a wealth of knowledge about cars especially was very knowledgable the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was purchasing. I was so pleased. Within three days he had the car ready for me with my upgrades and stayed in contact with me till I picked up the car. Being that I have limited knowledge about cars, he showed me how to set up everything in my car and what each button was used for. I look forward to going to this dealership again in the future and spreading the word to my family and friends. I highly recommend Christopher... thank you! More

First, Chris Schmitt found me my vehicle (what I wanted was very specific in color and options) in one phone call! Great guy to deal with and took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted. A+ After setting up an appointment I was greeted by Chris and Alex Lutsius at the dealership, who showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive. Let me say that Alex knows his vehicles. He took the time to explain all the options and features, interior and exterior. Very personable and professional. And this was outside in one of the hottest days here on Long Island! I felt he wasn't "selling" me the vehicle, but "teaching" me about it. He was not your typical salesman, trying to push this or that on you, but actually taking the time to make sure you understood things. A+ Next I met James Ganga in Finance. Again, not your typical "You need to buy this or that" type of guy, but straight forward and honest. He got me a great rate and a deal on a warranty. Again, very friendly and professional. A+ <--Are you seeing a trend here? So to wrap things up, please re-read my first sentence. And if the higher ups are reading this, give these guys a bottle of scotch! I didn't rate quality of work because I have not yet had to bring this vehicle in for service. More
Walking into a dealership and finding someone you know you can trust is critical. I have both bought and leased Jeeps with Mike Goldberg and he is a straight shooter. If you are looking for a great auto buying experience than this is the place to go. Mike Goldberg is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. After giving up a retail automotive auto accessories sales job of 11 years, i know what real customer relations are made of. Once being a salesman myself, i know when someone really cares about their products and customers. Service department, parts department, courtesy desk, every single person has a smile on there face at Westbury VIP group. That alone says what is meant by customer service! Great leadership, great staff, and great support people are the backbone of a great business.I would gladly recommend any of the vehicles that the VIP group sells.
