When I first went to westbury jeep, I didn't know what I wanted or what I could afford for that matter. Alex went above and beyond to find the right jeep for me . That night he did his homework and came up with about seven different jeeps with all payments calculated as to not waste any time. He took his time with me and looked over each vehicle top to bottom with test drives . He spent about 6 hours total between looking at jeeps and doing the math till I was satisfied. I was surprised that he was considerate of my finances and didn't try to push me to spend anymore than I could afford , not once! If I could only tell you how much time I wasted car shopping at all these other so called dealerships with nothing but the money hungry attitudes I thank him for his knowledge , patience and understanding and would recomend him to anyone in my simular situation hands down. In 2010, I was coming out of a lease, went to Security Dodge on a recommendation, several times, and each time all I got was prices out of my range stated, and a lot of aggrevation. I emailed Westbury CJ Dodge on a recommendation, several times, and each time all I got was prices out of my range stated, and a lot of aggrevation. I emailed Westbury CJD, and mentioned what I was looking for and how much I had to spend on another lease, Mike Goldberg responded, with a deal without me stepping into the dealership, I went to the dealership, signed all the paperwork, as I went to pick up the vehicle, I changed my mind on that vehicle and wanted to get into an upgraded model, so all the paperwork had to be redone, not only did Mike G make the whole process a extremely pleasant experience, he graciously without hesitation, made all the paperwork changes, just as pleasant, and not because he just wanted the sale. Fast forward almost 3 years later, this lease was up, I received a flyer from Security Dodge, stating they wanted my 2010 vehicle, and wanted to put me into a new vehicle and would pay off the 3 months left on the old lease, I went thinking this time I would get a good deal, boy was I surely mistaken, all I got was more stress and aggrevation, and a horrible deal, so I once again walked out, immedietly contacted Mike G at Westbury CJD, made an appt to meet with him the next day, I once gave him the specs of what I was looking for, not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, but the price I told him that I needed,they also paid off the 3 payments that I had left on my outgoing lease,and walked or should I say drove off with my new vehicle that same day. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Goldberg to anyone looking for a new Chrysler vehicle. When this lease is up, no matter what other dealerships may offer me, I am going directly back to Mike G first. More
