On 12,12,2012 I leased my second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Westbury Jeep. For both Jeeps my salesperson was Laureen Lodico. So far overall my experience of owning a jeep has been on the lower side of the scale, as the quality of parts is just towards the cheaper side compared to other vehicles I have owned. The main reason I am getting my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 serviced is because all the OEM carbon fiber trims are falling off and they needed to be replaced under warranty. So I contacted Westbury Jeep for service, I have previously used them for 2 oil changes already and had no problems, so I figured I could deal with them again as they are pretty hassle free other than the timing of my car, but service overall was good. They were able to order my parts it took about 2-3 weeks to get in. Then I get contacted to make an appointment to get everything installed, which I did since hurricane sandy and the holidays they have been backed up, so my appointment was made about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in advance, and my appointment date was set to be on December 17th with a loaner car as it takes them couple hours and I have to be at work. On top of that last week I had a huge nail that hit my front passenger tire, which the tire needs to be replaced under warranty as I purchased the wheel and tire package warranty. Because runflats are not patchable, they need to be replaced. I get a call today December 14th, 3 days before my appointment saying that I am not eligible for loaner car because I didn't purchase my car there. The receptionist calls me letting me know this because the manager saw my paperwork for the appointment with a loaner and since I have been there before they know I didn't buy the car there. That is absolutely ridiculous because I am still bringing my service business to them and they have the audacity to deny me a car, and basically make me wait for my car to get a tire replaced...and all the trims in the car replaced which could take multiple hours as I experienced in the past with them, waiting for oil changes. So overall my experience with them were great until now, how they call couple days before my appointment to let me know that when the appointment was made weeks ago... Avoid the dealership if you want service and didn't buy a car from there... More
Alex went through a lot of trouble etting me to see a lot of cars he thought might interest me. We went to several different lots together and he was very helpful. I question the legitimacy of the previous post. My experience was completely different. After negotiating a price over the phone, I drove over 40 miles to this dealership to sign and drive. Check was in my pocket, but dealer changed the number. Wouldn't honor the incentives offerend on their website (even after salesperson said they would). Bryan himself doesn't seem like a bad person, he just seems like he is new and eager to make the sale. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the support of his sales managers behind him and it ended up wasting my time and him loosing a sale. Sales manager was equally useless, giving some BS about Jeep haulting production on new models. Someone tell that to the Jeep dealer that just wrote up my new car .... delivery scheduled in 8 weeks. I was extremely pleased with my purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Westbury Jeep on Sunday November 18th, 2012. I had lost my car due to Hurricane Sandy and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with, he was attentive, understanding, caring and bent over backwards to answer all of my questions with a incredible amount of patience without any pressure and made sure I walked out with what I wanted and them some. He made himself available even though the dealership was packed and busy due to the storm but still made feel as I was the only customer in there.
