The next day Phil picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership so that I could pick up my car. After being greeted by people at the front desk when I walked into the show room Keith Donnelly was the first person that I spoke to about my new 2013 Dodge Charger. He brought in Mike Mineo to proceed with the paper work. Mike was very organized with all of the required paper work and was sure to explain what exactly it was that I was signing and the reasoning as to why it needed to be signed. I was able to be in and out in a relatively short amount of time which I really appreciated. Mike actually walked me out to my new car and helped me relocate my belongings from my old car into my new car and then proceeded to explain the different functions of the touch screen and controllers.
