I think our kids were eating fresh baked cookies , while we agreed upon a price that I felt was very fair. Laureen then took care of everything and we had our Jeep the following day. In the past I had used another dealership but when it came time to purchase a new car last year, they did not hav needed to purchase a Dodge Durango. I found them to be friendlier and less high pressure than the other dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted and no one tried to talk me out of it, scare me into extras (although they were nicely explained) and the offer did not change when I came back a few days later. I came to Westbury Jeep last year and purchased a Jeep Patriot from Phil Cappuzzo. He was kind,caring and knew an answer to most of what I asked him abou the car. When I got there he had a package all ready for me. He has the best personality and does not push anything more than what you really want. He is an asset to the dealship. Buying our 2011 certified preowned dodge Durango was the best car buying experience by far. So we ended up leaving. We looked at Westbury Jeeps innovatory online and because of the amount of vehicles they had thats why we ended up there. That's where we met Alex, he was very helpful from hello. We spent 2 days test driving a little more than a few trucks till we found the right match. See Alex was concerned about what we wanted not just the sale. Hard to find in a sales man. We still have not received our $200 credit from Nissan and it is now 18 days since we were there. Alex even called the next day to see how we were getting along with the Durango. We are thus far very happy with the truck and know when we are ready to get my husband a Jeep Wrangler Westbury Jeep and Alex is where we will go. More
