My wife had bought me a bluetooth device for Christmas from Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Service Station, located at 111 Bond St Westbury, NY 11590. I was only just recently (Late February 2013) able to have the part installed. Below is the account of my experience with Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Service Station, located at 111 Bond St Westbury, NY 11590. I had a terrific experience working with Anna Manuzzi. I called a day in advance to make an appointment and she informed me that I should get in early to drop the car off. Upon my arrival the next day Ms. Manuzzi had my paperwork written up within 15-20 minutes. There was virtually no wait. The service station also drove me back to my apartment while my car was getting worked on, which was very convenient. Later that day, Ms. Manuzzi called and updated me about some other issues with my car that required addressing while the install took place. Though these repairs were a bit expensive I was happy to have the work done and ultimately able to get my Jeep back the same day. I had no issues connecting my phone to the bluetooth system for the hands free phone call function but spent two days trying to link it for audio streaming with no luck. I called the service station to find out what I was doing wrong. Anna put me in touch with a more experienced person that was very helpful but in the end informed me that the device I had installed did not have audio streaming capability. I explained how my wife went to their parts department and purchased this part with the sole intent of it being able to stream audio through the radio to the speakers of the vehicle. I went on to say that I was disappointed to learn this now after spending over $500 for the part and the installation. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told that I would be contacted by a manager the next day. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear from a manager to discuss and possibly work out this situation. I have spent an estimated $1000 at this service station and can not even get the courtesy of a return phone call from the management to rectify an issue caused by the service station's parts department. Ms. Manuzzi did what she could to insure my satisfaction, unfortunately it appears that their parts department and managerial staff do not share the same goals. I would NOT recommend Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Service Station, located at 111 Bond St Westbury, NY 11590, because of this oversite. More
Very attentive, professional, willing to go above and beyond to provide accurate and timely information and to expedite the service period. I have never had an occasion to worry about service gimmicks, unnecessary add-ons or unkept promises. Quite often I would drive in from work in New Jersey for servicing and was welcomed more as family as opposed to a number or vehicle owner type (as experienced elsewhere). This was particularly important to me during the time that my late wife was hospitalized and time required to service my vehicle was critical. On several occasions I have contacted Ms. Leuthner for information regarding repairs and warranty, to which not only did I recive a timely and courteous response, I was often presented with options to assist in my deicisions. We have worked with Mike Mineo twice in the last 7 months - leased 2 Jeeps with him. Couldn't have made the transactions any easier. I had broken down with my truck sometime last year nearby to the dealer and was absolutely blown away with her customer service and proffesionalism.. She was quick in getting my fleet vehicle paperwork taken care of and followed through over and over again to see to it that my truck was fixed not only in a prompt timeframe but also repaired properly, all with a big smile and a firm handshake! Today I received a Motor Vehicle Notification in the mail for my 2011 Town & Country minivan. When I contacted my Service Writer, Janine, she told me to come in anytime, and it would be taken care of as qui for my 2011 Town & Country minivan. This is my 5th minivan with Westbury Jeep, and I know it won't be my last. I could never give up the outstanding Service Department, especially Janine! It's like having family in the business! I have been dealing with Janine since she first started around the same time I bought my truck from that dealership. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received from Janine. She is outgoing, greets you with a smile and is knowledgable about the various models of cars and different brands that the dealership carries. I do not deal with anyone else at the dealership when I need service because she knows my car, my history and my automotive needs. When you are happy with something...why change it. I have never been overcharged. I have never been talked into extra work. I have never had surprises and I have never had any issues at all. When you call Westbury Jeep, ask for Janine. By the way....she likes her coffee with milk and 4 sweet and lows. She took my car in last minute one night. Asking her how she likes her coffee is the least I could do to thank her. More
