I have been a Westbury Jeep Customer since I bought a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that was followed up by purchases of 2002 & 2005 Grand Cherokees, so I have a long history with Westbury Jeep. I recently had an issue with my ignition giving me problems on my 2002 and I did not have an appt and needed to come in at night, so I did not miss work. The Service Rep' I spoke to by phone was Janine Leuthner, who was a good listener to what my trucks issue was as well as my schedule with work and my need to get this fixed before I became stuck. I love the late service hours they have there, fantastic for people with busy work schedules. Janine keep me updated while the service techs trouble shooted the problem and made the repair. While I was waiting the Parts Dept. was also open so I purchased a cargo screen for my trunk, while I was there and doing nothing. When the repair was made and Janine presented my bill I was pleasantly surprised my bill was quite reasonable. I have to recomend Westbury Jeep due to there extended service hours and Janine in particular due to her high level of experience and the way she treated me the way she would like to be treated. I have not had the intermitment ignition problem since and it has been a few months now, the job was fixed right the first time. Thanks Janine and Westbury Jeep. John B. More

Been a customer of this dealership since early 90's. Post-sale service has always been good but Janine has taken it to higher level. She's made servicing the vehicle extremely convenient (seems to always be available until late at night), communicates the good and bad news in person, by phone, text, etc. so you always know what's going on, knows the car and always follows up to be sure your satisfied. She's a natural extrovert so that helps her be way friendly. Always seems to go the extra mile (sometimes gets loaner if needed when you haven't booked in advance!). Highly recommended. More

My experience at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge was fantastic. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice woman, who directed me to Bob Horn. Bob was absolutely terrific. He did not attempt to sell me anything extra on my vehicle, that he didn't think I needed. He was upfront with the vehicle's cost from our first conversation. He assisted and explained to me the payment options, and made the whole experience a positive one. After purchasing my vehicle, I brought it in for an oil change and early service. This is when I met Janine Leuthner in the service department. She was very professional, friendly, and explained to me the process, since it was my first time in the service department. Janine showed me the customer area, which has a television, reading materials, a coffee and snack station, and Wifi access. I was able to get some work done in a very relaxing environment. Janine checked on me and told me that the servicing was almost completed. She made a point to thank me for waiting, and also made the experience a very positive one. More
