After having my Jeep for 12 years, I lost her to Super Storm Sandy. Naturally I was devastated after having her 1/3 of my life but I knew I would need to find a suitable replacement soon... Having not shopped for a vehicle in 12 years, I didn't know what to expect and was immediately met with disappointment and deceit. 4 different dealerships, Four, told me on the phone that a truck was in stock and then when I arrived, it was not there. They would say it "just got sold" or "it just shipped out" and would try to sell me another car that I didn't want. Several months of searching and my trust and patience had dwindled down to nothing. One day I came across a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that was posted for sale by Westbury Jeep. It was the exact model I was looking for and the price was right so I called to make sure it was still available, which I was told it was. When I arrived at the dealership that day, greeted with all smiles I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was in fact still there. I was introduced to Anthony Sr. who made sure I felt at home with a beverage and swiftly took me to see the Jeep. Anthony was kind, honest and made me feel as comfortable as possible while we went to look at the truck. We took the Jeep for a test drive where we navigated through the streets as Anthony announced different advanced features along the way. It was kind of like being on a tour and Anthony was my guide who mixed our conversation with not only car facts but also very interesting and often hysterical stories. Upon returning to the dealership, Anthony explained the VIP package that every client receives for the lifetime of owning that vehicle, including extended warranty, roadside assistance, concierge service and routine maintenance, e.g. oil changes, tune ups and even inspections. At no point did I feel like he was trying to hard sell me on the truck, he was simply providing me with all the facts and making sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. One business day later, the deal was done and I didn't expect to hear that much from the sales team. Not the case, Anthony was in touch every step making sure that I both parties had all the documents and information needed so that the process was as painless as possible for me. Everything was delivered as promised and on time. When I arrived to pick up my new Jeep, I was made to feel as if I was a guest in Anthony's home. My Jeep was absolutely gleaming perfect and the staff seemed just as excited as me to pick it up. After looking through my Jeep, admiring is pristine condition, I walked back into the dealership to find Anthony actually fixing my license plates with a pair of pliers at his desk. My plates were somewhat mangled from the hurricane and Anthony didn't want me to have them on the car like that. He straightened them out, placed them on my Jeep and sent me on my way as happy as I could be. It is not just the extra packages and great cars that makes this dealership special, it is the quality of people and attention to detail around achieving customer satisfaction. I never felt pressured and Anthony Sr. truly went above and beyond, making me feel like family and holding my hand through the entire process. Buying my Jeep was truly a wonderful experience and I can't thank Anthony and his team enough. I am a very happy Jeep owner who will only buy his future cars from Westbury Jeep. More

I currently own a 2008 Sebring Convertible purchased through Westbury Jeep as a certifed used car in February 2009. Thanks to Service Advisor Anna Manuzzi I will continue to purchase Chrysler cars. My Sebring was recently brought in for services related to overheating. I could be in the car for 10 minuites, an hour, in stop and go traffic or driving on a highway at 60 when the problem occured. Anna worked with me from the time it took for the Westbury technicians to first isolate and than resolve the issues. Anna kept me informed throughout the process from the first visit to resolution. I knew what tests were performed, what parts were used, and why they were changed. More important to me was the fact that I felt that Anna was my partner throughout the process. When I needed a loaner car, Anna made sure that one was available to me. Her calls were always upbeat, provided me with updates, information, and feeling that the Westbury Jeep service teams would only return the car after they were fully satisifed that everything was fixed and the car safe for me to drive. I own three Westbury Dodge cars and the most important thing is the service. Kenny Frenger, Janine Leuthner and the entire PM shift at Westbury Dodge on Bond Street provide all the service you need. Knowledgeable service managers, excellent mechanics and convenient hours this is the most important thing. You meet the salesmen once; you meet the service manager several times a year. So buy your car and the extended warranty package at Westbury Dodge. You enjoy and let Kenny Frenge handle the rest. More
