Normally dreading any visit to a car dealership or service center, I didn't know what to expect arriving at Westbury JCD. This dread was quickly eliminated. Upon leaving my Wrangler, I was introduced to Anna who was an immense pleasure to do business with. Very informative, friendly, and accommodating. There was no hassle, whatsoever and the service work was quickly done. Although I initially came in for both a 24k mile service and leak repair, the leak specialist was out sick and Anna went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn't inconvenienced by this. I was genuinely surprised by my experience at Westbury JCD's service center and I was extremely satisfied to have done business here. More
