Anna Manuzzi was my service writer. She came over with a big smile and said how can I help you. I explained I had normal service issues for her but that I needed to show her a problem with the paint on the big smile and said how can I help you. I explained I had normal service issues for her but that I needed to show her a problem with the paint on the hood of the truck. I said to her she would probably need a manager also. I explained to her and a warranty person about buff marks that were under the clear coat of the paint on the hood. I stated to them this must have happened at the factory. They took more info and pictures of the buff marks. They handled my issue right away. The truck will be going in to have this issued fixed. Anna also handle my other service issues. I must say everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. It is a credit to the service organization for how I was treated. Thanks again Don More

I spent about two weeks trying to coordinate a test drive of a Challenger SRT8, which apparently is not easy to find for test drive. I spoke with Elvin on multiple occasions, and finally found a time I could of a Challenger SRT8, which apparently is not easy to find for test drive. I spoke with Elvin on multiple occasions, and finally found a time I could go due to my hectic work schedule. I was assured they had the SRT8 available for test drive, and I was very serious about considering the purchase. I managed to leave work early (not an easy task) that day, and was assured be Elvin "we'll have the car prepped and ready to go". I got there, waited to be seen (despite having had an appointment), & was told by the salesman they actually DON'T have an SRT8 available for test drive. After two weeks and multiple phone calls where we coordinated this test drive, it all turned out to be a lie. They actually did not have the SRT8 available. Why would they do this? Did they think once they got me in the door I would buy something else? Really? Now here is the icing on the cake- the salesman asks me if I a cross-shopping another vehicle. I said "yes, I am also considering a Mustang GT, but I love the look of the Challenger and the test drive would be the deciding factor". Now, are you ready for this? The salesman tells the what a fantastic car the Mustang GT is, and recommends a Ford dealership nearby that I should go to....!!! What??!! Horrible place. Scam artists with salesman who don't believe in their own cars. More

Every time I go to Westbury JEEP Service they treat me as though I am family. Additionally, I can get work done on my lap top and enjoy a cup of coffee. I have been dealing with Westbury jeep for the last 5 years. I have always dreaded going to the the dealer for service until I started with Westbury Jeep.
