I have been going to this service dept. since 2005 and I have been pleased. Anna is very professional and went through previous service record to see what was done previously and what needed to be done at have been pleased. She said it would be approx. 1 1/2 hours and it was actually slightly less. Normally I set my appointments up for one of the first ones in the morning, but today I had it at 10:30 and I must say, it seemed to take less time today than other times.
