I am a first time customer at Westbury Jeep. i went in for my first oil change and i was having trouble with my bluettoth. I was helped by Lenny. He was very nice and made me very comfortable. I purchased a Chrysler 300 from this dealer back in the summer of 2009 and it has been one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever made. Any time I have had an issue with the vehicle (as are bound to happen over time) whether it be a minor issue or something more major, Janine has always been right on top of things making sure that my needs were taken care of, issues with the vehicle were explained to me in a way that I could understand and make informed decisions about. Remembering what it was like before I was a Westbury Chrysler vehicle owner, I always felt other service departments would recommend unnecessary service to vehicles, but with Westbury Chrysler and Janine, she goes over the history of my car's service so that all basic maintenance is planned and schedule when necessary. I hope my Chrysler 300 lasts for many more years to come, but when it finally goes, the level of service and friendliness I have received will likely lead me to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership.
