I was referred to Joe B through a friend in the car business. Joe could not have been more helpful and patient. He got me the exact car I was looking for (even though it was not on their lot), the ca business. Joe could not have been more helpful and patient. Anna Manuzzi was my service writer. She came over with a big smile and said how can I help you. I explained I had normal service issues for her but that I needed to show her a problem with the paint on the big smile and said how can I help you. I explained I had normal service issues for her but that I needed to show her a problem with the paint on the hood of the truck. I said to her she would probably need a manager also. I explained to her and a warranty person about buff marks that were under the clear coat of the paint on the hood. I stated to them this must have happened at the factory. They took more info and pictures of the buff marks. They handled my issue right away. The truck will be going in to have this issued fixed. Anna also handle my other service issues. I must say everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. It is a credit to the service organization for how I was treated. Thanks again Don More
