I have been looking for the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams for a couple of years. I purchased a cherokee 5 years ago; but always wanted a wrangler. I am a store manager in a luxury retail store. I teach sales techniques to sales professionals. I did not feel like I was working with someone who was trying to sale the car to me at West Bury Jeep. I felt I was working with a genuine individual who cared about what I wanted. Alex was great. When it came to financing I was already approved before from a creditor. They worked with the creditors and Jim from finance got me a lower rate. They call my insurance had my new incurance card when i came to purchase. They where so prepared for me when I was to pick my new Jeep. All I had to do was drive to the dealer sign the paper work which took less than 30 mins. Recommed Westbury Jeep and Alex to anyone. Brought my 2007 Chrysler 300 in for service having bad tie rods. Car was still covered under a 3rd party extended warranty but I didn't have a good feeling that things were going to work out in my favor. tie rods. Fortunately Anna Manuzzi checked me in and promised to check things out with the car and with the 3rd party insurance. When checking the car out for a NYS inspection, the technician, C. Jimenez-Cruz, also found a problem with the steering rack boot leaking that required the rack assembly to be replaced. When I first heard this from Anna my reaction was - "Oh no, here we go!" But Anna's call to the insurance got everything covered! And everything moved along more quickly than I had imagined. I got the car back on the 2nd day despite the extra mechanical work and dealing with the 3rd party insurance. It was definitely a positive experience dealing with Anna and really appreciated her being an advocate for me with the 3rd party insurance. More

Kenny is a great guy , courteous and respectful & very knowledgeable in his feild. Im also amazed at the waiting room for customers its everything you need while you wait.
