We visited Westbury Jeep at 8 o'clock on a Monday night after an exhausting day of car shopping at different dealerships. We were welcomed immediately by Laureen Lodico and after a short conversation, we asked her for the best price that she could give us on the vehicle. We were fully expecting to have to negotiate the price for awhile like at other dealerships, but were surprised when Laureen returned almost immediately with what we knew to be the very best price for the vehicle. Within an hour, we had decided on the specific color and model of the Town & Country that we wanted and signed a few papers. Both my husband and I went to work the next day while Laureen took care of all our insurance and DMV paperwork. We returned to Wesbury Jeep at 6:30 on Tuesday night to find our vehicle spotless and ready to go! It was honestly the best and easiest experience that we've ever had at any dealership. I can't say enough about Laureen's customer service and professionalism. We will definitely be returning to Westbury Jeep at the end of the year when we will be ready to buy/lease our second Chrysler vehicle. I have been looking for the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams for a couple of years. I purchased a cherokee 5 years ago; but always wanted a wrangler. They worked with the creditors and Jim from finance got me a lower rate. They call my insurance had my new incurance card when i came to purchase. Brought my 2007 Chrysler 300 in for service having bad tie rods. Car was still covered under a 3rd party extended warranty but I didn't have a good feeling that things were going to work out in my favor. tie rods. Fortunately Anna Manuzzi checked me in and promised to check things out with the car and with the 3rd party insurance. When checking the car out for a NYS inspection, the technician, C. Jimenez-Cruz, also found a problem with the steering rack boot leaking that required the rack assembly to be replaced. When I first heard this from Anna my reaction was - "Oh no, here we go!" But Anna's call to the insurance got everything covered! And everything moved along more quickly than I had imagined. I got the car back on the 2nd day despite the extra mechanical work and dealing with the 3rd party insurance. It was definitely a positive experience dealing with Anna and really appreciated her being an advocate for me with the 3rd party insurance. More
