I cannot begin to tell you how great this dealership is. Everyone alway says never take your car back to the dealer. I was one of them too but decided to try another dealer local to me when my local garage Everyone alway says never take your car back to the dealer. I was back more that 3 times for the same issue. Everytime it was another part... they were almost as bad as my local garage guy. Then I hit the JACKPOT here at Westbury Jeep ! The staff members I work with know me by name, they are kind and honest, know my Jeep and never steer me wrong when work needs to be done. They are 110% honest and the work has always been done right the 1st time. My Jeep comes back clean wtih no new scratches, dents or even dirty. The way I bring in is the way I get it back. Service on May 21, 2013 (sorry so late) . Anna noted my license plate and immediately started a friendly, kind conversation with myself and my daughter. She was able to quickly check the service needed an license plate and immediately started a friendly, kind conversation with myself and my daughter. She was able to quickly check the service needed and make recommendations on my future service visit. The waiting area is welcoming with good refreshments, television and newspapers available. The service was completed in the time frame Anna told us and payment and car pickup was easy. All in all a good visit. I love my jeep!!! More
