I wasn't over sold on stuff I didn't need and I got everything I wanted. As for the financing end, at the end of the day I got a great rate and an affordable payment; but I am not quite sure if Bobby kept me on my toes or I kept him on his toes, LOL. Bobbi the closer, tried to sell me a simoniz glass coat and a passive alarm add on, both of which I thought were too expensive and I passed on them. He did negotiate on the service contract, still expensive but I feel I did the best I could on the price. More
