The price of the car was in my opinion a fair price and i respect that. i have given this rating 5 stars because it sure did beat the other dealership i went to. it was the garden city dealership and they were terrible there asking a lot of money for just a lease oppose to buying a car at this dealer for almost the same price. westbury dealership are the most honest dealership i have been to unlike any other dealer trying to help out the costumer and give the best price ever. Let me start of by saying that my experience with Westbury Jeep has been phenomenal. I purchased my first vehicle from them over six years ago and have no regrets. I returned recently to lease a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT and to trade in my old vehicle which was in need of a new engine. After speaking on the phone with JOHN MCEVOY I was given a date and time to test drive my vehicle of choice. when I arrived at Westbury Jeep I was greeted politely by everyone. They made me feel at home. When John introduced himself to me he was very professional and really down to earth. He told me he had the exact vehicle that I wanted. He explained in detail what he could do for me in terms of leasing my vehicle of choice but first insisted that I test drive it. Needless to say, I did test drive the vehicle and signed a leasing agreement minutes after. There were a few minor issues that had to be worked out. I must give special thanks to John for not only his professionalism but for his patience and creativity in resolving these issues. He remained in contact with me through every twist and turn. John is the primary reason why I rated Westbury Jeep the way I did. Everyone I encountered there were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Westbury Jeep and JOHN MCEVOY. Ad on internet in April and May was Lease a T&C for $189. Only vehicle in the showroom was red and had added features for $209 a month. Agreed to pay $20 extra for this vehicle. Salesman said they also have the same vehicle in Silver. I selected the silver vehicle. The red vehicle had heated front and second row seats, heated steering wheel, nav, power adjustable pedals and keyless enter-n-go. After taking delivery and going home I couldn't find these options on this vehicle. I went back to the dealership and the manager said there was a misprint in the newspaper ad ???? If I had taken the red vehicle I would have had everything I paid for. I paid $20 extra a month for what. They told me I got a second DVD Player. I am stuck with this vehicle for 39 months. More
