Brought my Charger in after the check engine light went on a few weeks ago and had a great experience overall. Lenny Vanetta in particular went above and beyond what I am normally used to. He was friendly, up front with what the problems could be and actually gave me a realistic idea of when they could have everything done. In the end I was out of there much faster than expected as there was only a minor issue. I will definitely be going back next time I need something fixed or serviced. More

Let me start of by saying that my experience with Westbury Jeep has been phenomenal. I purchased my first vehicle from them over six years ago and have no regrets. I returned recently to lease a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT and to trade in my old vehicle which was in need of a new engine. After speaking on the phone with JOHN MCEVOY I was given a date and time to test drive my vehicle of choice. when I arrived at Westbury Jeep I was greeted politely by everyone. They made me feel at home. When John introduced himself to me he was very professional and really down to earth. He told me he had the exact vehicle that I wanted. He explained in detail what he could do for me in terms of leasing my vehicle of choice but first insisted that I test drive it. Needless to say, I did test drive the vehicle and signed a leasing agreement minutes after. There were a few minor issues that had to be worked out. I must give special thanks to John for not only his professionalism but for his patience and creativity in resolving these issues. He remained in contact with me through every twist and turn.
