I went in to buy a new jeep wrangler Sahara. Was very impressed with the showroom and the speed with which I was greeted. Laureen was very polite as was her sales associate who was shadowing her for the impressed with the showroom and the speed with which I was greeted. She had me test driving a wrangler X in just under 20 minutes which no other dealership even tried to get me to do. I felt she was truly trying to get me the best deal and was not giving me any sort of runaround. She spent a great deal of time with me looking for a jeep that matched the criteria of what I wanted and never got discouraged at how picky I was. I'm not used to this sort of customer service as I appear to be much younger than I am and I dress comfortable most of the time. Most dealerships view me as a pest who comes in just to test drive new cars and has no $$ or actual intentions of buying a new car. Unfortunately they gave me a VERY unfair price for my trade in but it's understandable and that was ultimately the reason why I left, and although I left with a very bitter taste in my mouth with the slap in the face price for my trade in (especially since I'm looking online and seeing my car being sold for around $5,000 more then the price they offered me) Laureen was a top notch sales person and I wish we could have got the deal done! They should be proud to have her as an employee. More
