When the current lease on our Town and Country was due to expire, there was no question that we would once again do business with Westbury Jeep. Our first experience wth this dealership was in 2010 when to expire, there was no question that we would once again do business with Westbury Jeep. Our first experience wth this dealership was in 2010 when we leased our very first Town and Country. The professional, but welcoming treatment was as wonderful in October of 2013 as it was in October of 2010. Our salespersons, Mike Petassi and John McEvoy, promptly met my husband and I on the salesfloor and escorted us through the beautifully-kept showroom. They graciously offered us beverages upon seating us at their desk. Mike Petassi excused himself as he had unfinished business with other clients, but he told us we were in good hands with John McEvoy.....and how right he was! John was personable and friendly. We were immediately at ease with this fine young man. We knew that we wanted to lease another Town and Country, and John did not pressure us to look at anything but the minivan that we wanted. John was very knowledgable about the vehicle and quick and efficient with the paperwork that followed. To our surprise, he was able to get us a new leased Town and Country that very day. Our entire experience at Westbury Jeep was wonderful. The showroom is impressive, but what was most important to my husband and I was the staff. They are all welcoming, helpful, courteous, and informative. James Ganga, the business manager, helped us with the financing. He is as honest and down-to-earth as they come. James was incredibly helpful during this part of our experience. He explained the different options available to us, patiently answering all our questions, which allowed us to make the decision that was best for us.
