Dear Mr. Starkman: I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit to our dealership. Our goal is every customer's complete satisfaction. I reviewed your concerns with my staff. Your vehicle was towed in by an independent operator (not us). Both the service advisor and the technician saw your keys taped together. We did offer for you to come down and provide you with a case that may work with your vehicle. Knowing that your vehicle was out of your hands hands prior to arriving at our dealership, perhaps it what the fault of the tow company. Joel Sporn President

Mr. Sporn, I was present at the dealership, at the time the car was dropped off by the towing company, and there was no tape on any of the FOB's. This was unacceptable, on the part of Westbury Jeep, who offered to replace the FOB, had me take time off from work, and make a special trip back, for this, only to be denied on site. Tim Doyle was completely rude and very unprofessional, during the entire process. The fact that Westbury Jeep, was willing to have Domenick Denovellis break one FOB and throw it in the garbage after doing so, but would not give me a replacement is despicable. What ended up only costing me $30 on EBay, cost Westbury Jeep a customer, and any referrals that may have come from me.

You did your shopping on the internet, viewed the vehicle on our website and subsequently contacted us. You were satisfied with the internet price and the bottom line price. The issue seemed to be the credit terms. We do not set the rate and I am sorry that we were not able to get you the rate you desired. In addition the “service oil light” came on shortly after you took delivery. You stopped by service and the light was reset immediately.
