To satisfy my curiosity about the various drive modes available, Westbury had no problem in providing more than just one test drive as well. Technical questions answered, coffee etc. provided and an overall positive experience is consistently found at Westbury. I have had experience with their service department as well and can recommend them as well. As an owner of various Chrysler products I can report that this satisfaction is not always the case with some other dealers! I came in to Westbury Jeep wanting to trade in my 335i BMW and get into a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly receptionist and then referred to Shawn. I told him where i wanted my price to be and her nailed it. He was so sweet and generous and really tried his ultimate best to get me into a new car with all my wants/needs and payment. After selecting a car and working out prices I spoke to Jimmy about getting the loan. For being a student with a not so large credit history it was not very easy but he did it!! I was approved the same day within hours of the car selection. Overall it was an amazing experience and I certainly am referring all my friends and family to Shawn.
